Crystal was amazing from beginning to end. She made sure everything was perfect. I had the most amazing beautiful wedding.

One word...AMAZING!!! Crystal did a wonderful job from the very 1st phone call all the way up to the wedding day!! she even checked to make sure we made it to Florida ok as we came from Ohio. I was 110% HAPPY on my wedding day and would recommend R and C weddings to everyone! It was worth the 17 hour drive from Ohio. Crystal had excellent communication and told us everything we needed to know. The ceremony was GORGEOUS and everything I had pictured!! We had originally planned a sunset wedding and crystal was on top of the weather and let us know of the storm that was coming..we changed it to morning and guess what.. she was right. We had our beautiful morning ceremony and about 2 or 3 hours later it stormed and poured the rain all day. On the wedding day I ran into some construction and ended up getting lost and being late but Crystal was totally fine with it and kept telling me to take my time and get ready. The whole process was so laid back and stress free! The sand and shell ceremony during the wedding was very fun and memorable!! We weren't able to hire a photographer but after the wedding Crystal took my phone and took photos for me and guided us into poses. The pictures turned out amazing. I wished I had purchased their in house photography because I could tell she knew what she was doing! I can't say enough good things about R and C weddings and honestly I could go on and on about how much I loved everything!! Our officiant was amazing too and even gave us a few laughs. He had the perfect words to say and they gave us a copy of our vows afterwards. If I had to rate it on a scale of 1 to 10, a 10 is not high enough!!!! Thank you Crystal we LOVE everything!!! 💗💗

I wanted to take the stress of my son and new DIL to be since they are FT students and also worked FT so I began to plan the wedding of their dreams! Living in Ohio and planning a Florida wedding needed more help so we began to look for wedding consultants that worked within our budget and who could create the vision we saw for a beach wedding. After talking with several, we chose R&C Beach Weddings, mainly because of Crystal. She put us so at ease immediately and after sending her pics of what we wanted and her commitment to doing it as much as she could we felt like we had made the right choice. SHe was in contact with us the entire process, encouraging us and pointing us to her contacts for flowers, etc. Even with the hurricane and all the thunderstorms she was still positive! That was sooo needed for this mama! The day could not have been more perfect as you see in the pics attached. I heard later that someone asked the bride (my DIL) why she wasn't nervous and she replied, because we took all the stress off of her...WOW!! THat was my goal! To give my son and his new wife a day to never forget and our families also. I totally recommend a Cocoa Beach, Florida destination wedding and Crystal is your girl to help make your dreams come to reality.

Not every wedding had to cost tens of thousands of dollars and just because you aren't spending that much doesn't mean that your wedding is any less because of it, Crystal of R & C Beach Weddings made our wedding beautiful and memorable. We were able to make choices to have our personal touch (alter design, chair sash colors, walkway decorations...) and all we had to do was show up. Crystal responded to every email super quick and was always friendly and professional. There is absolutely not a single detail I would have changed, our wedding was beautiful and memorable and it was because of Crystal at R and C Beach Weddings!!

Last October we were married through R&C Beach Weddings. It really was our perfect day. We were late because we were from out of town and couldn't find the location(i suck with directions..lol) and she was beyond helpful. She just wanted to make sure we had the perfect wedding, and we really did. I never once felt rushed and eventhough it was our first time meeting, I instantly felt at ease. She even found ways to include my little nieces and nephew in the wedding without me even asking. She was so personable. My whole family thought she was awesome! I'd 100 percent recommend being married through R&C Beach Weddings. It was truly the best day of our lives!

A special thanks R&C Weddings for making our day a dream come true 10/15/2016! They did an outstanding job with making the occasion as stress free as possible. Even when a little rain came just before the ceremony they came and changed the seat covers for our family. Absolutely the best wedding planners in Cocoa Beach! We felt that we not only got a wedding planner, but made life long friends!

Krystal made this day for Carly and gage perfect ! We loved working with her , we were so impressed that we will be using her again when we renew our wedding vowels!

My husband and I got married on the beautiful beach in Cocoa Beach in June of 2017. Because we live in Utah the prospect of having to plan a wedding in Florida seemed a little overwhelming. Once I contacted and started working with Crystal at R&C Weddings, my apprehensions soon turned to confidence that this was going to be the wedding of our dreams. Crystal responded to emails very quickly and was very reassuring through the entire process. We had a chance of rain the day of the wedding and R&C Weddings were willing to juggle their schedules to ensure that we could still get married on the beach that day. As it turned out, we ended up keeping our originally scheduled time. The day was beautiful, the location was great and the ceremony went off without a hitch. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who wants their toes in the sand as they exchange their vows!

As a bride , you dream of this special day and how it is going to play out ... Well , My daughters was this weekend . It was supposed to be a different park . Instead we had the wedding at the park across from the office. The wedding was to take place at 7 pm instead it took place at 2:30 during the rain, and we were made aware that once ceremony starts it can't be stopped due to rain. My daughter and fiancé both had to sign I guess a release ... the entire experience was not handled professional at all... I understand that that can happen but ... we had guest that had to relocate to the new location, there were to be 16 chairs, there were not. ( had elderly guest ) The chairs that were there did atleast have the white covers with the champagne sashes. We were to have a shell ceremony that was in the pkg. I paid for , we did not. The blue tooth speaker I paid to rent either wasn't there or didn't work - did not hear the music. My daughter was in tears before walking because of all the stress of this . This was supposed to be her special day . I've planned for months. My pkg also had unlimited communication - it was limited. I tried several times since Jan. To meet Crystal - drove over several times but was always unable to meet. We had an appointment to meet while my daughter was in Florida , she couldn't meet that day either. Two days before the wedding after my daughter and her fiancé flew to Florida we tried to reach her several times. She had told me July 19, that she would touch base before the wedding to make sure once more of what was supposed to be in the ceremony- (chairs, colors, decor...etc.) . We were starting to wonder about it all . Finally we did get a text from her that afternoon , she assured us it all would be good !
The decor was not like the pics she was sent and said she could resemble, except for the type chairs and the arch. That was ok . There was to be large shepherds hooks -to hold the large greenery spheres - there were NOT. The young man going back and forth to the location said he was sick of this S.... Nothing and I mean nothing was like it was supposed to be . She asked me several times if I was ok-- well I was not I was trying to hold it all together . The wedding coordinator is the one that should provide what was paid for - there was complete instructions of the look , and everything. The bride, attendants, brides mom and photographer were all stressed out. Before rushing the bride and attendants across the street, I told her they are not walking until the photographer is here . There had been a wreck , he was behind us and got delayed . If not, we wouldn't have even had pics of the bride, groom or ceremony . The photographer who has done many weddings told me he has never seen a wedding be handled like this one was by the wedding coordinator .
After the short ceremony , several times she was called - she did not answer the calls...
None of us are impressed of how this wedding took place. 😡
I would Not recommend R&C beach weddings to anyone !!!
