Quixotic Fiestas was absolutely amazing to work with for my wedding. The photos came out stunning. The ones taken at the church were beautiful. The photo team really makes sure you have as many photos from your special day as possible. The wedding video was beautiful and they work with you to make sure you have in the video the exact moments that you want to remember forever. Finally, I also booked the day of coordinator service. Joanna and Linoshka really went out of their way to make sure everything in the wedding was going according to plan. Joanna planned the whole timeline with me for like three hours one day to make sure everything was perfect. Linoshka the day of made it so I never had a clue if something went wrong and catered to every request ( even from the family). you can not go wrong with this team.

Johana and her team are unbelievable! I had been instagram stalking her for months before I finally met her at the meadowlands bridal expo this last winter. I was so excited to see their work in person and talk to her team that I asked for a consult almost immediately after meeting them! We had an amazing meeting and picked everything we needed for the wedding. We had a vision, but quixotic made that vision a reality. When I tell you that I had absolute faith in the quixotic team, it was one of the easiest loads off of mine and my husband’s backs. We knew we could trust Johana’s creativity to make our wedding everything we wanted it to be and more. And it really was. The moment we did the ballroom reveal, it took my breath away! Seeing everything that Quixotic put together was like a dream. I couldn’t have asked for more! It was everything and then some!

After shopping around for florals, decorations, and production for a while, we knew Quixotic was the only way to go! As a same sex couple, it was of most importance that the team we assembled was inclusive and experienced with LGBTQ+ weddings.
We met with Johana for a consultation over zoom where we went over our broad vision. She was able to present her expansive catalog and guide us along the way, leading us to find exactly what we wanted! I find the cost of flowers to be the most intimidating part of the planning process, Johana suggested we look at a mix of silks and fresh florals as a cost saving option. I was somewhat skeptical, as I wanted a very specific esthetic; my expectations were beyond exceeded!
Johana customed a package for our event, adding and removing items based on our needs and with complete flexibility. It always felt personal working with Quixotic and not like we were just another project or a business transaction.
Fast forward to our wedding day, Johana and her team arrived at the venue early and ready to make magic happen! Once we arrived, she came to greet us and we instantly felt that she was as excited as us to be there and celebrate us! Quixotic had the challenge of flipping the ceremony space into reception in less than 45 minutes, this was done without a glitch. I will never forget both times we walked into the space for the first time; my heart nearly stopped, It was a first look in of its own! What Johana had her team created far exceeded our expectations; our vision was magnified and elevated! The venue was a beautiful blank canvas but Johana’s artistly brought the space to life! The beauty and quality of her products left me in awe, it was truly magical what they were able to accomplish!
Another very important detail to note in Johana’s incredibly warm and nurturing persona; she makes you feel cared for and heard. She worked joyously with the other vendors in creating a remarkable day for us. We will forever hold you in our hearts!

There is so much to be said about businesses that make one feel at ease when wedding planning during a pandemic! Quixotic was always quick, responsive, and flexible during the extended planning process. We can honestly say that booking La Hora Loca for our wedding really MADE our reception! We went from backyard wedding to full on NIGHTLIFE! We can't wait to book Quixotic for future events. They are such a great business, we are so excited we made the right choice in treating ourselves with such wonderful energy and fun for our big day!
