The experience was sublime. Brian met with us, discussed cakes we liked, showed us ideas, and helped us settle on a stunning design. We received so many compliments on the cake and we almost hated to cut it! We were able to pick two flavors and we settled on Lemon cake with vanilla buttercream and a chocolate cake with not-too-sweet peanut butter filling. Both were to die for! Brian even provided gluten-free cakes for our gluten-intolerant guests and a completely separate cake topper for our one year. If you need a wedding/event cake, look to Quiet Elegance for a wonderful cake. We will be using him in the future for our anniversary cakes in years to come!

Quiet Elegance Bakery did an amazing job with our wedding cake. It was perfect and everything we hoped it would be.

We renewed our vows at The Fenwick Inn in August. I have peanut and tree nut allergies and it was extremely difficult finding a Baker for our renewal. Brian at Quiet Elegance Bakery saved the day!! He was great to work with, very accommodating and the cupcakes and 6" round were absolutely gorgeous and delicious!!!

Brian King is not only a phenomenal baker, he is super easy to work with & very sweet! We found Brian through our venue coordinator and after trying a few places out, nothing compared to his cakes. The taste is amazing..EVERYONE complimented on how much they loved it (we only had the tiny top layer left over.. and only because we had a whole table of sweets on top of cake!). Also, he is such an artist! We had 2 flavors, Black Russian with kaluah and creek de Cocoa with chocolate mousse & Ameretto with red raspberry filling. Everything on the cake was edible (except our topper), which included all of the sand, seashells, sea horses & pearls. Our cake was literally PERFECT! If you are in DE, hire Brian...you WON'T regret it!

Brian is the absolute best! He is great to work with, super knowledgeable, and makes your dream come to life. I showed him so many different pictures of little thing that I wanted and he got them all 100% right. Not only did my cake look amazing, but it also tasted amazing! Brian created a unique, one-of-a-kind cake that tasted amazing! I asked that he use my dress as an inspiration for the design of the cake and he went above and beyond to create an intricate lace design with a custom monogrammed top layer. We received many compliments on the design and taste of the cake!

Brian King was great! He had us come to his house to look at pictures of past wedding cakes, and was very personable. He had exactly what we were looking for--a beach theme, pearl starfish shell wedding cake. It was a 4 tier elegant cake! He even makes whole sample cakes for you to taste! He was responsive and great to work with! Highly recommend Quiet Elegance!

When I was trying to plan my wedding, I only had a slight idea of what I wanted. I asked Brian for his advice. I am so thrilled that I did. We had cupcakes and a cake and they were absolutely gorgeous. They were beautiful but elegant and very reasonably priced. I would recommend Quiet Elegance Bakery to anyone that is looking for a professional baker with great taste and artistic ability. 5 stars for this vendor!!!!!!
