Executive Pastry Chef at Spark'd Creative Pastry and Hotel Du Pont.
Holds degrees in Culinary Arts and Baking & Pastry from The Art Institute of Philadelphia.
Beginning her career as a savory chef at the Hotel Du Pont, Leah transitioned to baking, infusing her creations with a fusion of sweet and savory flavors and artistic flair.

Gorgeous wedding cake!
We had a cake made for our wedding at the Inn at Montchanin. The planning process was seamless, we were given all the cake flavors packaged beautifully to taste, the communication between them and our site was flawless. We showed up and our perfect cake was there. Tasted fantastic!!

Elegant exquisite cake

So Amazing!
I could not recommend Spark'd enough for your wedding cake needs. There was not one bite left at the end of the night! We did 2 different flavors (Strawberry and Chocolate) and they were so incredible. Jen was so great to work with and the cake turned out gorgeous.

Amazing cake!
We booked our wedding with Hotel DuPont so this was the cake that came with our package. Now I love cake and am picky about flavors and consistencies of the icing and had not had Spark’d before, so I was excited to try it the day of the tasting. To say that me and my husband were shocked was an understatement. There were 8 different types of cakes to try from and every one was amazing! My husband is not a big sweets person at all and even he loved them! The biggest challenge we had through the entire process was picking which flavors we wanted, and even with that the team accommodated us to get what we want. We went with their signature pound cake and the Swiss chocolate cake.
When it was time to pick the design, Leah was amazing and helped me create my dream design from scratch. They were always available to answer questions quickly and were so kind and professional. On the day of, all of our guests loved our cake and many of them have plans to use Spark’d cakes for events in the future. Even for my family, since the tasting we used a Spark’d cake for my bridal shower and then twice again (small cakes for a birthday and once for an anniversary). If you’re wondering whether to use them, this is your sign to!!!
