I ordered an at home try on dress and it ended up being absolutely perfect! Mary was quick to respond when I asked if I could purchase the sample. The dress is so beautiful and such good quality. I 100% recommend Queen Gowns!!

Ordered a dress, now 60 days until my wedding and I’ve been completely ghosted by this company. Buyer beware.

I paid for a custom gown (~$1,200). I sent in my measurements. The dress I received was nowhere near my size. It was 10 inches too large in my hips, way too large everywhere else. The cape was not at all like the photos and very specific description I gave. The dress was 5-6 inches too long and the hem was crooked. So in other words, on my right it was 5 inches too long and on my left if was 6 inches. The dress was supposed to have double thigh high slits, the slits were only to my knee (not even above my knees) The alterations to get my dress fixed cost $700, and honestly, she did closer to $1,000 of work, but kindly tried to avoid being close to the cost I spent on the dress. I paid for 2 garment bags and only received one. I have been trying for months to get my money back for the bag, however, I have gotten no responses. When we were in the planning phase and prior to getting my money, they were responsive, and after that they haven't been.

Thankfully, the seamstress who fixed my dress did so in every way she could and the finished product was great. Very disappointed in this company and would not recommend.

Terrible experience!! I tried on a gown through their try on service and loved it, so I decided to order a custom one. When I received it, the bodice was 3 inches too short and it required so many alterations my tailor had to basically remake the bodice. I contacted queen gowns many times and they were very unresponsive and unwilling to help- they denied they had made any errors. The dress was made of quality materials and after extensive alterations ended up being my dream dress- but NO thanks to Queen Gowns!! Maybe I just had bad luck but I would recommend being extremely wary of purchasing a custom gown from this company.

I ordered a custom gown from Aly we went over all the details etc etc. As soon as she got the payment, most communication stopped up until I received an email that my dress was on the way. There was no email showing me the edits that were made asking if it was OK before she sent it. This is what I received,and I was shocked bc on Alys IG page all her gowns are stunning. But mine looks like a garbage bag, Luke it was sewn together in less than an hour. There was no care or thought put into it. In wondering what Alys reaction would be if she received a dress like this 🤔 I paid $700 for basically a potato sack. I couldn't even resell this thing for $25. I ended up spending another $700 on a another dress.

My sister ordered a gown form this site months ago, they were communicating back and forth until she paid them months later nothing, she is getting married in 7 days with no update on the dress and no communication back after 7 emails. and for some reason I can't find any other reviews on them but the fake all 5 start reviews on their site like not 1 4 star review this is a scam artist.
