I don't know how to properly put into words just how amazing and perfect our experience was with Quartz Hill Estates. We planned this wedding completely remotely as we live across the country and Jessica and her team were over the top amazing. I have friends getting married at the same time and their experience with their planners are no where near close to as amazing as how our experience was. Beautiful and perfect venue. A team who goes above and beyond to help you out with your wedding weekend. It was just perfect. Can not thank them enough!

I could go on and on about the beauty of this venue, the dedication of the owners (Jessica and Greg), the attention to detail to every aspect of the wedding, and the friendship we build with Jessica and Greg but I'll try my best to keep it simple.
We fell in love with the venue the day we saw it (still under construction and all). Jessica was fully on board with everything we envisioned our wedding to be and bent over backwards to work with us and make our day special. Her style was exactly what I was looking for (kind of like a boho rustic farmhouse) and I trusted her every step of the way. It was kind of unheard of how easy and seamless our wedding planning experience was because Jessica really did it all. I loved every input, idea and suggestion she had and got to the point of just telling her I trusted her to do whatever she wanted. The wedding decor alone was perfect in every way! It was exactly what Jessica and I had talked about and so SO much more! (I wish we had our pictures back to post on here). That's what happens when you trust your wedding planner lol
The whole weekend experience was something I wouldn't have traded. We were able to do our rehearsal dinner at the venue and I was able to have a sleepover in the main house the night before the wedding with all my bridesmaids. That alone was something I'll cherish forever; the upstairs is set up perfectly for the ultimate sleepover! Plus, it made it so easy to wake up and be ready to start hair and makeup since we were already at the venue.
Overall, the months we spent talk back-and-forth with Jessica and Greg and visiting the venue were all worth it. They both went above and beyond to make our wedding one we will never forget.
Yes, with this venue you get the most beautiful view (and if the night is anything like ours, the most AMAZING sunset you've ever seen with meteorites shooting across the sky), but you also get to plan your wedding with some of the most genuine, honest, personable, dedicated and just overall rad individuals. We decided from the start that, although the venue was everything we were looking for, we were paying for Jessica and Greg because we trusted them and wanted our money to go to them versus anywhere else. We would do it all over again as long as it was with them! They exceeded all of our expectations. I couldn't recommend this venue or them enough!

Jessica and Greg are absolutely amazing. If you need a venue that not only has a beautiful view but also is very inclusive, come here! They were so helpful and accomodating. We had to switch venues less than 30 days from our wedding date and they made it happen for us. They were truly awesome and made the whole experience better and took a lot of stress off of our shoulders. Jessica is very creative, has great taste, and is very thoughtful when putting everything together for the big day. We can keep going on, but just see for yourself!

DO NOT PICK THIS VENUE FOR YOUR SPECIAL DAY!!!I will start off by saying the location was beautiful. Can’t beat the views of the rolling foothills, but we had so many issues with this place its really just crazy. I was the maid of honor at a wedding there over this weekend. 9/26/26. The owner Jessica was extremely unprofessional. Nothing the bride asked for was done. The table scape was completely wrong,. We asked for olive napkins we had black, we asked for white cake plates and were given gold. We asked for a table runner of flowers and we got a little arrangement at each table instead. Chairs that we picked were black and she had these brown ones with dirty cushions on them. When i confronted Jessica about this. I was met with a big attitude and she proceeded to tell me to do my job as a MOH and tell the bride not to worry about her. That huge attitude was probably because she spent the evening after the rehearsal dinner at her hotel killing a bottle of fireball with other guests. She was hungover and did the bare bare minimum for the wedding. The house the girls were to be getting ready in was over ran with mice. They would literally run right past you. We saw so many. There was mouse droppings EVERYWHERE. Even the shower and tub where we were supposed to get ready in. The girls that were staying in the house ended up leaving and getting a hotel because mice went into their luggage and their food in the kitchen. The brides bouquet was very LOW budget looking and had dead and brown flowers all in it. When we confronted jessica about that she said it happens when you touch white flowers and walked away from me! Now the isle walk is horrible. The steps down to where you do the vow is terrifying. broken steps all the way down. Our photographer fell and hit his face so hard on one of the broken steps his TOOTH fell out! The isle was supposed to be lined with bunches of flowers and there one one singular flower next to each bench. It was very dusty. Guests complained of dirty cups and plates. The bartenders were very kind and on it always. They are the only positive thing about this place. The MC/DJ Jessica’s husband. Did pretty good. He will sing some slow songs and he did get all the girls names mixed up when he announced the wedding party, but he was a nice guy. They got their money though and then that girl did whatever she wanted and gave zero cares as to what the bride wanted! And when you pay 40k for a wedding you better get everything you wanted. If you want mice in the area you are getting ready in, dead flowers, wrong colors chosen, dusty plates and utensils, and to be met with rudeness and sarcasm when you try addressing anything with the owner Jessica plus SO much more negatives this is your venue. My sweet friend was married here this past weekend and anything that could go wrong, basically went wrong. She was so sweet and stayed positive but now shes still getting zero apologies or ownership on behalf of the owners. While we all got ready for her big day , the day of her wedding , there were some uninvited guests running around ( mice ) everywhere. One was flushed down the toilet in hopes of hiding it from the bride. The flowers in her own bouquet were dead , and when addressed the maid of honor was cursed out by the owner very unprofessionally. The isles were suppose to have flowers lining it , and there were barely any flowers at all , which looked dead. The wrong colors were everywhere. AND SO MUCH MORE.
In a wedding small details are everything and every single small detail that was asked for , the bride didn't get. All around a very disappointing experience and sad to see my friends reaction to being let down over and over again. When you are paying 40K, there's absolutely no excuse for this type of unprofessionalism.
