I tried every means possible to contact this company for help placing an order. No response to my live chat request, no response to my email and no response to my telephone calls. They must not need my business.

I ordered a set of luggage tags that were printed wrong. I have not been able to talk to an actual person. There is no customer service. I completed a survey on their website and almost a week later a got an email later to send them a copy of the invoice and the incorrect item. There was not an invoice sent with the package. I sent a picture of the luggage tag. I will wait and see how long it takes to get an email back. Thank god I only order a $10 item. They don’t deserve even the .5% they got. I now understand why people are hesitant about buying sight unseen off the internet because of companies like these.
