These artists are the best at what they do & really know how to take care of you. I see them at Ren Faire every year & I've been to their shop in Berkley.

Norman made my ring to order and it was perfect. The ring was exactly what I asked, reasonably priced and came very quickly. My only issue was that, without a paypal account, I had to call in with my card number which seemed sketchy but everything worked out great.

Norman and his staff were great. My fiancé and I love our rings! Every time I look at my hand I am grateful for the excellent work Norman did. I am so happy to have such a unique and beautiful ring.

I bought a certified diamond ring for several thousand dollars 4 months ago, and I have yet to receive the proper certification paper. They have "lost" the paperwork several times, despite me talking to the same 2 people each and every time. They never follow up with promised phone calls. Despite a 4 month lag, they made empty promises to ship relevant mail with tracking, and rather sent by snail mail. Really? I gave you thousands of dollars, and you can't spend $2 to give me a tracking number? To anybody reading this, please avoid them.

I contacted them over 2 months ago, and still have not heard anything. Would not recommend.
