Providence Country Club was the perfect place to have our wedding reception. The staff were so friendly and helpful throughout the entire evening. Crystal and Karen did a phenomenal job with coordinating and handling our details during the planning process, and went above and beyond to make our day so special!

Got married at PCC in October and we truly had the best experience. They were so accommodating and helpful! We got married outside, used the veranda for cocktail hour and used the ballroom for the reception and it was the most beautiful night!

PCC was the perfect place to have our wedding! Crystal, the events director, was so great to work with -- she was easygoing, professional, and quick to respond to any questions that we had. The location was perfect with great views of the golf course, and a great indoor ballroom for the reception. Also, the food was AMAZING, and the waitstaff did an excellent job. We would recommend this venue to anyone who is looking for a beautiful place to get married in Charlotte, NC!

Providence CC was a beautiful venue for our wedding reception. Crystal was awesome to work with, communication was great, very detailed oriented, and made sure everything was perfect before having our guests enter. She even went as far to send my mother pictures of the reception while we were getting ready. I would highly recommend Providence CC.

I could not have chosen a more perfect venue!!! The moment I visited the venue I knew it was the perfect place for both my ceremony and reception. Crystal and the staff at Providence Country Club were absolutely amazing. Crystal took my vision and helped execute our perfect wedding. She worked tirelessly with coordinating with vendors and planning the details. She treated me like family which meant the world to me. She was always responsive when I reached out to her, not once complained and provided amazing customer service. We received so many compliments from our guests. The ceremony, cocktail hour and reception was flawless. The entire staff was amazing!!

Providence Country Club was the perfect wedding venue! Our family has been members at Providence for many years, and our October wedding was nothing less than perfect! Crystal was the absolute best in executing all of my wedding plans and vision for the ceremony and reception! I highly recommend PCC as a wedding venue!

Phenomenal wedding venue! Honestly, my now husband and I didn't think we were "country club" people but I accidentally sent a request for pricing to PCC while on the Weddingwire and received a brochure. My husband and I didn't want a long engagement so when PCC happened to have some Fri & Sats in Sept and Oct available when we started our search in early July, we figured why not. Reviews looked great so we emailed Erin to set up a visit. It was the first venue we saw but it felt the most "bridal" and "wedding" to us. We did our due diligence and visited several other venues (hotels, museums, event halls) all over CLT just to exhaust our options, but PCC won hands down for 2 reasons: 1) was basically "all inclusive" and seamless venue. And 2) menu and open bar package were far & away better than every other venue we looked at. Erin Walters & team are extremely professional and willing to answer all questions and accommodate anyway she can leading up to the day of, very friendly and detailed oriented. Tasting was great, they were flexible with several dishes and sides, also allowed some open bar substitutions. I has at least 5 people tell me the day after wedding how the beef tenderloin was cooked perfectly. The apps were also great - favs: chicken n waffles and shrimp Tempura! Jennifer Linauer and Crystal Williams were there for our rehearsal and wedding day (Erin was out of town, she told us before we booked), they were 100% on top of every detail. I worried a little bc I did not hire a "Day of Coordinator" but it would have been a waste because they handled everything perfectly. So many guests absolutely raved about how gorgeous the venue was but above all how amazing Jennifer and Crystal handled the ceremony and run of show. I was a very nervous bride, and they were amazing to have with me before walking down aisle. They also kept us on our timeline without being pushy. They went above & beyond, million thanks & HIGHLY recommend!

I could not have better things to say about Dorianne and PCC! We truly had the best time, and were not stressing over the small details because they took care of everything! They layout was great from ceremony, to cocktail hour, to reception. The food was amazing, and the dancing went all night. I couldn't have asked for anything better. I would highly recommend!

Let me just say - Dorianne and the rest of the staff at PCC is wonderful. I had such a great time working with them all. On the night of our wedding they went out of their way to ensure we always had a drink in hand and a sampling of all the foods at our cocktail hour and desserts from our dessert station. I wish I had a reason to have another party there because it was amazing! I would definitely recommend this place!
