She made our honeymoon what it was and we are so thankful to of gone through her to set it all up. The hurricane was going through Miami the day of our honeymoon departure...they were going to keep us in LA for 4 days before being able to get us on our HOneymoon. Barb called us back on a Sunday to make sure we were OK and communicated with our parents to make sure the travel insurance the purchased for us would take care of the flight Classic Vacations (the company she booked us with) got us on a different flight the same day. So they got us a new flight leaving earlier then our previous one, and helped us prepare all the documents that were required for the travel insurance. We had a fab time in Aruba and will book our interenational travels through Barb again someday!!!! Thank you sooo much for everything!

Maddy at Protravel planned our honeymoon and it was the best experience ever. We went to Thailand and toured all around the country with stops in the north plus to some beaches. Everything was planned perfectly. All of our domestic flights, all of our transfers, tour guides, excursions- we never had to think twice that something would go wrong. We splurged on some hotels but held back on others but it did not feel like we did! Some of the "non-splurge" hotels that she booked us at were almost better!
Throughout the planning process, she responded to emails and calls almost immediately and was very open to changes in our itinerary. She also responded fast to emails while we were on our trip. Obviously, the hotels and flights are set charges but the cost for all of their work with the tours and guides was very reasonable. And she made sure every location knew it was our honeymoon- almost all of them upgraded us, had special treats for us and went above and beyond for us.
Definitely worth using her/them to plan your honeymoon or just any trip!!
