No honesty my title explains everything

I recently rented the throne loveseat from them for my baby shower. Upon the final payment, they asked what time was delivery (which I already had communicated) and I said between 10-11 since the shower started at noon. She asked if it could be 11:30 and I said no, because that was too close to the time guests would be arriving. At 11:30 my throne loveseat had still not been delivered and I had not heard from them. I called and was told the truck broke down (although no one told me anything or called to give me the heads up). My throne showed up at 12:15 (after my guests started arriving). HOW EMBARRASSING!
On top of this, the throne loveseat had a giant rip in the arm, which was not divulged when I rented it (and it was NOT cheap). I asked the manager to call me and she never did. No one ever bothered to call and apologize for being late or anything. Terrible customer service. I won't be using them again.
