After several years of working in the print industry, I noticed that some key customers' needs were not being met. Namely, small or start up companies and customers that had small printing jobs that they needed done quickly and economically.

Small customers were left to fend for themselves and at the mercy of the big box printing emporiums. Many times, smaller customers didn't get the assistance that they needed and consequently were disappointed with the results.
