We have had nothing but great things to say about Claudia at Premiere. She has a great creative eye for decorating and has been very responsive to emails and phone calls. We cant wait to see the final product in August!

If I could give 10 stars I would. The staff was amazing and wonderful to work with. The hall was absolutely beautiful. The deejay played exactly what I wanted. I'm not sure why there were negative reviews but I can honestly say that Claudia, Javier, Mari and Guillermo did an excellent job on making sure everything was nice and perfect for my special day. And I just can't say thank you enough! You guys are the best!

I would like to thank premiere banqurt hall, Claudia was amazing to work with from the begging to the end. She pay attention to every detail that could imagine. The prices are very reasonable. You really honestly get the service you book for. The decoration were my every dream and more. The staff was very attentive, food was delicious, the bartenders served us great drinks. And the Dj had us dance inch the whole night. We even paid an additional hour. My cake was a dream. Overall my guest could not imagine how beautiful and affordable premiere was. I defently recommend this place. It's just as great as a hotel ballroom. Thank you premiere banquet hall for making our day unforgettable. See you at my next event

Everything was fine until my wedding night. The whole planning process went great. Never did I think I would have to write this review, but sadly, I do.
A vase that was placed in the walkway was broken by one of the guests. The manager on site, Claudia, waited until I, THE BRIDE, got there to tell me about the broken vase & that my wedding could not start until the vase was paid for! Are you kidding me?! My parents were already there, she could have told them to pay for it instead of waiting for me to get there. Her excuse, "We have to talk to who's on the contract." But was the person she took the money from, my sister, on the contract? NO! She openly admitted the vase only cost $25, but she had to charge $100 because of labor & the 2 little orchids that were in there.
Like I said, everything was fine throughout the entire process. They gave me everything I asked for & allowed me to bring my own vendors for certain things they were outrageously priced for, but that situation was completely unprofessional. To overcharge me for a vase & to tell me my wedding is not going to start over $100 is ridiculous.
My scores are accurate because they provide you with great value (you get what you pay for), they are responsive, they are not professional at all if they bother a bride on her wedding night after she's paid thousands of dollars over $100, the quality of service was great & all of the servers & bartenders were friendly & did their job well, but they are not flexible with many things. You have to use what they have or get your own.
If they wouldn't pity over little things that are out of anyone's hands, I would've given them a better rating, but this is something that ruined my night & threw all of great planning experience out the window.
