DO NOT HIRE this DJ - Steve Mack (owner of Premier Entertainment DJ Service). He cancelled on my husband and I via EMAIL the morning of our Wedding Day (June 12, 2016) at 10:30am. Steve showed a tremendous lack of professionalism, as he did not even call us to cancel! He didn't find a replacement or offer to pay to cover the cost of having to find and hire a new DJ, or at least cover the difference. We had to spend precious time finding a new DJ just hours before our wedding and reception, and we weren't able to spend time talking with the new DJ about our wedding and the timeline, etc. The stress and time he caused us on our wedding day are things we will never get back. All I can think is what if my husband hadn't checked his email? What kind of vendor or business cancels on someone the day of their wedding via email? To us, that shows a great lack of professional and personal morals and standards. The inability to at least have the decency and courtesy to call is unforgivable. Please be wary if you are considering this DJ service. I encourage you to hire a different DJ with better cancellation policies, as well as better personal and professional standards. Many vendors will guarantee their replacement with another professional and cover the difference in cost, and the best will even reimburse you their fee on top of paying for a replacement! Steve did not even provide us with a replacement - we had to spend time finding one to fill in with just two hours notice!! Cancelling on someone's wedding day (the morning of) via EMAIL is not only unprofessional, it is unacceptable.
