Laying at the feet of the Boston mountains, The Stonebreaker Hotel & Barn on Markham Hill is a legendary wedding location in Fayetteville, Arkansas. A picturesque setting, amongst dense woodland and rolling pastures.

The Stonebreaker Hotel & Barn offers both the newest accommodations and the most beautiful barn in Arkansas. The hotel featuring 76 guest rooms with an inspirational design that is both casual and luxurious. Ten Suites including Two Signature Suites with Private Porches, guest rooms have either the gorgeous views of the courtyard, infinity pool, or lovely nature views of the tree lined hill. The magical combination of history and contemporary design, steps from the University, Stadium and Dickson St. night life, is the perfect setting for your dream wedding.

Facilities and Capacity

The gorgeous two story barn, with pastoral allure is highlighted by rust-colored timber framing, lending it a cozy air. Framed by rugged beams of exposed wood, the barn’s central space can comfortably host a wedding event of up to 350 guests.

Amazing venue with great space and beautiful scenery.

We had our annual family Christmas party at Pratt Barn this year. It was amazing. Great space and beautiful scenery. Overall great experience. I would highly recommend this venue to those looking for simplistic beauty.

Perfect place for any event

I love Pratt Place Barn! Not only is the location breathtaking, but the venue is gorgeous and the staff unbelievably kind and helpful. I hosted a NYE party there for over 200 people and the staff at Pratt made sure I had everything I needed and were incredibly professional. I recommend this venue to everyone, regardless of the size of your wedding or event. Pratt is the perfect place.

Pratt Place

Pratt Place is a really gorgeous venue. So unique and the perfect location, it feels like a destination wedding but you’re in the middle of Fayetteville, and they are super easy to work with. I’ve been in weddings here, company holiday parties, and I’m about to use it for my sister’s baby shower. It’s a hidden gem!

Wonderful to work with. They have a wide range of referral options. The staff was very helpful and went above and beyond to make our day amazing. We stayed the night and I highly recommend it. The rooms are so beyond amazing. Breakfast delivered in the morning was a sweet personal touch.

Personal service

The entire staff at Pratt Place Inn was silently involved in making the wedding perfection. They never interrupted, however we had everything available before we knew we needed it. They are professionals and extremely kind and patient. We absolutely loved being there and highly recommended for any event.

An amazing venue - we're so glad we chose Pratt Place

We had our wedding and reception at Pratt Place, and it was awesome! Caitlin, the manager was very professional and a huge help. Her staff were always polite, prompt and ready to do whatever they could to make our special day perfect. Our guests still talk to us about how nice Pratt Place was!

Terrific Venue

We booked this venue more than a year out of our wedding date and although some staff changing occurred the venue still remained professional and assisted with everything we asked and needed from them even up to a week after our event.

Jeremy, Garrett, Danny and Caitlin were all very professional and super helpful.

Pratt Place has made wedding planning so easy. I am getting married there but live out of state and their pictures, responsiveness and going the extra mile have made them simply the best! And, they offer table and chairs rentals so I don't have to find vendors for that as well.
