LIKE NO OTHER! This venue will surpass your wildest dreams! It is nothing less than spectacular and fun! Located in Johnson County, Clarksville, Arkansas, Horsehead Lake Lodge and Event Center is a secluded, WEATHERPROOF, waterfront venue that host weddings, receptions, banquets, corporate retreats, and other special events. This venue has been available for event bookings since August of 2020.This venue can be offered in an all-inclusive package that covers the use of both the Event Center (Reception Hall-Ceremony Hall and Deck) as well as lodging. Your wedding can be held out under the Arkansas skies on our cantilevered deck overlooking the lake or within the ceremony or reception halls. No worries if it rains on your special day. We simply move inside the ceremony hall and due to the design of the venue, nothing is lost, not even the view! A bridal suite is located next to the venue and also doubles as a honeymoon suite!

The Main Lodge has space to accommodate up to 12 guests for overnight stays and is less than 300' from the venue. There is an apartment on the second, third, and fourth floor of the newly constructed reception hall with a rooftop skydeck as well as a balcony overlooking the reception hall space. In additional we have smaller glamping cabins and waterfall cabins that are available that can sleep up to four each. In all we can lodge up to 50 guests on site!

Choose a venue that has two separate buildings. One for the ceremony and one for the reception. Trust me, it will make your special day a lot easier! Kayaks, canoes, paddle boats, pickleball courts and basketball courts are available onsite for guest to use at no additional charge as well.We have also just completed an outdoor kitchen complete with a fireplace, tv, as well as a griddle, smoker, grill, and two-burner stove.

Facilities and Capacity

This venue is offered stand alone or in an inclusive package that covers the use of both the Event Center but can be packaged with lodging for up to 50 guest. Our newly constructed reception hall has 4,000 square feet of event space on the first floor while the second, third, and fourth floors are an upscale apartment that sleeps 12 including a rooftop sky deck with an observation room! Horsehead Lake Lodge I sleeps 12 as well and doubles as a larger bridal suite in addition to the smaller bridal suite that sleeps two. We have glamping cabins available onsite as well as our brand new waterfall cabins. Other cabins are available as well.

Services Offered

Wedding events hosted at Horsehead Lake Lodge and Event Center include engagement parties, bridal showers, rehearsal dinners, elopements, ceremonies, and receptions. All rentals include sound systems, tables, and chairs as well as high-speed wifi. We have numerous outside vendors that we can connect you with as well. Outside alcohol is permitted.

Accommodation

Horsehead Lake Lodge I sleeps up to 12. The newly constructed apartment above the reception hall located on the second, thrird, and fourth floors accomodates another 12 guest. We also have smaller cabins that sleep two and up to four each.
