We rented chairs for our ceremony and they came on time and even set them up for us. I would use them again!

My table linens and toppers were beautiful! I ordered chairs last minute, so the chairs we ordered were overbooked. I didn't see that as their fault since we waited until the week before the wedding to rent chairs, but they made sure we had chairs and even upgraded us. Everything was beautiful and the girl I worked with was super nice!

Port City did an incredible job with my wedding from beginning to end!! I ended up getting more stuff for less than I was going to have to pay to Blue Rents. They price matched anything I had a quote for lower and helped in any way they could. They did site visits and measured out everything to make sure it was exactly how I imagined it. I was overall very pleased!!

Port City is wonderful to work with. They have a great selection of rentals and were always willing to amend my order to make sure I had exactly what I wanted. They were also prompt with delivery and set up and everything looked wonderful for my big day!

The dance floor was set up on time, and it was definitely a centerpiece of the reception. These guys rock.

Port City was a great choice for us! We were looking for a smaller number of chairs and had a small budget. Port City allowed us to choose the right chairs for us and we picked up our order to save some extra money! (Several places told us we had to order a minimum number and delivery and set-up was required.) the staff was friendly and quick to respond to my questions via email! I would definitely recommend Port City to brides on a budget!

Port City rental worked well with us for our event. The only problem we had was that they raised the price for the items we wanted, so it didnt meet the initial price quote we were given. Their office was very friendly and fast in their response.

I’m not sure how much money one has to spend to receive quality furniture from this company, but I can tell you—DO NOT RENT FROM THEM! We spent thousands of dollars, only to have our furniture arrive in unacceptable condition on the morning of our wedding. Our event coordinator had to call a manager back to the venue to attempt stain removal, but many stains remained clearly visible.

As a bride, this was beyond disheartening. No one should have to deal with this kind of stress on their wedding day. It’s clear they have no proper quality control in place to prevent such issues.

To make matters worse, I have called this company eight times since my wedding, simply trying to speak with someone about even a partial refund. Not once has anyone followed through with a response. I never imagined I would have such a terrible experience with a company that claims to provide high-quality event rentals.

If you’re considering renting from them, be warned—you’re taking a huge risk with both the quality of what will be delivered and their complete lack of accountability afterward.
