Porch Swing Films is a team of Wilmington, North Carolina based storytellers creating cinematic wedding films. We challenge ourselves to create high quality stories for brides and grooms around our surrounding areas.

We are more than just videographers, we are cinematographers. We are given the responsibility to tell stories. But not just any stories, we collaborate with unique couples to tell a meaningful, emotional and creative story of two people coming together in love. We take great pride in being given the honor to capture something so special. Providing family and friends the ability to relive such a special day is a responsibility we do not take lightly.

Garrett and Matt were the so much fun to work with. They were very responsive no matter if i called, texted, or emailed. We did a video for our rehearsal dinner and one for our wedding day. They were with us from start to finish on both days. There was not a doubt in my mind that they wouldn't capture everything i wanted them to on our special day. They were so easy to work with and they became "one of the girls" the day of the wedding because he was with us all day long while we were getting ready and taking different shots of the venue. It did not even feel like he was there because they were so laid back and easy to work with on the wedding day. He really strived to understand things about the day that were important to us. Porch Swing Films has really stepped up the game for Wedding Videography. I would recommend them a thousand times over and we cannot wait to see the final product!

Garrett and Matt were the wedding party's favorite vendors of the day! They were laid back, fun and unobtrusive, while still capturing great footage. I think this was in part to the preparation Garrett did prior to our event. He really strived to understand things about the day that were important to us. Porch Swing Films is taking a sabbatical from Wedding Videography, but if they ever go back to the business I recommend hiring them!

Matt and Garrett were very personable and fun to work with! They were always accessible and scheduled meetings to make sure everything on our wedding day was covered.

Porch Swing Films went above and beyond our expectations for what we were looking for in our wedding film! If you're looking for a good videographer look NO further than these guys! Plus how cool is their name! These guys ROCK!

I don't know where to begin. If I could give them higher then 5/5 for flexibility I would. We had the unfortunate luck of having a hurricane Matthew wedding. They went out of their way to adjust to a new date, time and location. I was absolutely floored to still have them after seriously like 72 hours notice of the change before the wedding. Also don't worry about including them in getting ready. It's completely comfortable. I would only recommend to ensure you have great speeches and include either notes before hand with your spouse to be or a first look. It creates great material for your video.

Wedding videography was not always something that was at the top of my list while wedding planning. In fact, you wouldn't have even found it on my list at all a few years ago. I am beyond grateful that I was introduced to Porch Swing Films and what they offer. It's true when people tell you that your wedding day goes by in a flash, and that is so unfortunate since it is one of the most important days in a persons life filled with love, family and the best of friends. To have that day captured on film for the viewing of generations to come is nothing short of a blessing. When making a list of things to do/ people to hire for your wedding, Porch Swing Films should be right up there with the dress.

Completely awesome videography! This team definitely captured the best angles of the most precious memories from our wedding. My husband and I look at the DVD once in a while. Just knowing we can always look back and remember the day that sealed us together for life is an utterly amazing feeling. :) ♡ we are extremely thankful for the time and effort that was dedicated to capturing this very important event.

Our perfect day went by so quickly, but now we have the most incredible video to relive the most special moments from our wedding day for the rest of our lives. Garrett and his assistant were both personable and easy to work with-I didn’t even notice there was a video camera around the whole night. Their creativity, talent, hard work, and professionalism went above and beyond our expectations. I was a little wary at first to let Garrett video the whole day, but in doing so he was able to capture so many memorable moments. I would have to say the pre-ceremony shots are some of favorites!! Often there is so much the couple misses on their wedding day but Garrett was able to record those special moments and we will treasure our wedding video forever. If you are unsure about getting a videographer, make the investment and hire Seal the Reel Productions. Thank you so much for capturing the most magical day of our lives.
