Great for Wedding Rental Needs

Pleasanton Rentals was very easy to work with (through the Palm Event Center). They had many great options to choose from and after placing our order (and adjusting based on guest count), they took care of everything. Would definitely work with them again.

Made our wedding so special!

The décor at our wedding was so special thanks to the items we rented from Pleasanton Rentals. They supplied tables, linens, glassware, utensils, etc. Everything was as we had ordered it. We ran into some supply issues with some of the linens and they were quickly in communication with us so replacements could be chosen. I will definitely use them again for other events.

Amazing staff and great selection!!

I had my wedding this past June at Nella Terra which worked with Pleasanton Rentals for rental of serving pieces. I was an anxious and very detail-oriented bride who had tons of creative ideas flowing for the wedding colors and tablescape. Cherie was always extremely responsive and went above and beyond to help me decide on colors. I planned the wedding oftentimes from out of town so she emailed me lots of labelled photos so I could get an idea of the colors and sizes of certain items (since the website is not always an accurate representation or it is difficult to picture if it isn't on a table!) She never pushed me into any sort of palette but was more than happy to give her recommendations. I went into the store a couple of times just to bring my own decor and decide the best pieces that would work. One time she seemed really stressed out but I think it's because weddings were opening up more and more in the spring months of 2021, and I would not hold that against her. I even had to frantically email her a few days before the final numbers for my wedding was due because we had yet to meet minimums and she was SO gracious and fast in responding and helping give me ideas of last minute add ons. Cherie seriously deserves praise for all the hard work and passion she puts into her job! Our wedding tablescape looked incredible!! Thank you so much!
