    Great for Wedding Rental Needs

    Pleasanton Rentals was very easy to work with (through the Palm Event Center). They had many great options to choose from and after placing our order (and adjusting based on guest count), they took care of everything. Would definitely work with them again.

    Amazing staff and great selection!!

    I had my wedding this past June at Nella Terra which worked with Pleasanton Rentals for rental of serving pieces. I was an anxious and very detail-oriented bride who had tons of creative ideas flowing for the wedding colors and tablescape. Cherie was always extremely responsive and went above and beyond to help me decide on colors. I planned the wedding oftentimes from out of town so she emailed me lots of labelled photos so I could get an idea of the colors and sizes of certain items (since the website is not always an accurate representation or it is difficult to picture if it isn't on a table!) She never pushed me into any sort of palette but was more than happy to give her recommendations. I went into the store a couple of times just to bring my own decor and decide the best pieces that would work. One time she seemed really stressed out but I think it's because weddings were opening up more and more in the spring months of 2021, and I would not hold that against her. I even had to frantically email her a few days before the final numbers for my wedding was due because we had yet to meet minimums and she was SO gracious and fast in responding and helping give me ideas of last minute add ons. Cherie seriously deserves praise for all the hard work and passion she puts into her job! Our wedding tablescape looked incredible!! Thank you so much!

    Beautiful Decor

    PR has a great selection of items to decorate your wedding with. I went in with one or toe things in mind, I started to decorate a table and I definitely walked out with a whole different look. That’s to PR for all their hard work and help! It was a very beautifully decorated wedding!

    They won’t steer you wrong!

    Pleasanton Rentals are really phenomenal to work with. My main contact for a recent wedding was Kelly and she was a dream. There was whole lot of back and forth with the rental order and she took it like a champ! Their onsite delivery and setup crew were also very professional and detail oriented. I was so thankful to them for taking the time to setup the ceremony chairs perfectly before departing, I mean how often does that happen! I hope I have the opportunity to work with them again soon.

    Would use again!

    Highly recommend! I used Pleasanton Rentals for my ceremony draping, tablecloths, chargers, and kids room furniture. The staff was very helpful and responsive, and had great recommendations. I highly recommend going to their showroom because they have some great ideas, and you can see the items you are renting.

    I was so happy with my rentals that I used them again to rent cocktail tables for my sister’s birthday party. I will be using them again for our next event!

    We used Pleasanton Rentals for our October wedding and were SO happy we did! They have a beautiful selection of inventory and it was so fun to go through the showroom and pull together the look we wanted! We rented pretty much everything from PR—ceremony chairs, reception chairs, vintage furniture, stunning linens, glassware, flatware, charger plates, compote vases, etc.—and the look of everything put together on the day of was breathtaking! They were very helpful throughout the whole process, and made the delivery and pickup process to the venue smooth and easy. Thank you to everyone at Pleasanton Rentals for helping us create the wedding of our dreams! We look forward to using you for events in the future!

    Kim at Pleasanton Party Rentals handled my event. I kept changing things, and she never had an issue with it. She was professional and friendly and very prompt at getting back to me when I contacted her. I chose to do everything through email. The rentals were on-time, clean and ready to use. The value was good and there were lots of options.

    I rented several items from Pleasanton Rentals for my wedding and Lauren assisted me through the entire process. I was very pleased with how easy they were to work with and how prompt they were in answering all my questions. The entire process was painless and they were very accommodating (especially when I had to change my order a few times). I even enjoyed going to their warehouse, where I looked at their wide variety of linen, tableware, etc. It was fun!

    Thanks to Cherie for all her help with the wedding. I could spend hours in their showroom looking at everything! There are so many ideas to get from all their table settings. We did custom linens through them and based on Cherie's recommendation we did chargers. I'm so glad we did the chargers! I think that the tables would have looked too bare without them. Thank you for all the suggestions! Everything was great.

    The staff at Pleasanton Party Rentals was so nice and helpful. They are so patient with me when I would call and change things on the phone. Ever time I did change something they would send me an email asap with the update prices. My mom and dad have used them as well for several parties that they have had. Not once have they not been pleasant and helpful. I would recommend them for any occasion. Thanks guys!

    I have been using Pleasanton Party Rentals for business for a few years now and it was an easy decision to rent our wedidng day linens with them.

    First of all their staff is amazing, Cherie and Kristina are so knowledgable and helpful. The owner is often around and extremely personable. They have a great warehouse with several different table mock ups to give you ideas and inspiration.

    Rentals, especially linens can be expensive but they make such a statement and a difference for a special event/wedding. We were so happy to make sure we fit linen rentals in our budget, it completed our elegant vintage inspired wedding reception.

    Cherie and Sherry are amazing to work with! Their drapery (pipe and drape) was perfect...clean, beautiful and well set up. Having used them was not only helping us keep within our budget, but also put our minds at ease that they would set up in a timely manner and would know exactly how to setup the drapery to make the room flow, while adding a soft touch of elegance to the decor. They were soooo easy to work with and always had a smile on their faces and in their voices. They were professional and always responded to our phone calls or emails in a timely manner. They truly helped us achieve our vision 110%. I HIGHLY recommend them as well!

    PPR was great for us. they had the color we wanted and luckily worked well with our venue. They offer great pricing as well.

    totally super sweet people! very flexible and totally understanding! they made my wedding beautiful...they took and plain ivory cover room and transformed it with only a few things, they also saved my life with the chair covers! they make all the difference, trust me! ruby hill was great that they covered the tables, but i added hints of copper and the room exploded with color and texture! i love their work!

    Pleasanton Party Rentals was the one stop that had everything we needed for our wedding.I am usually picky with what I want for our reception but they had classy products.It was easy to talk to their staff and get an idea of what it all would cost us.I would recommend them without hesitation.

    I must have changed my rental order at least five times before the wedding, and every time I did the folks at Pleasanton Party Rentals were happy to help me. The chairs they recommended for our ceremony looked nice and were really comfortable for our guests. The wedding arch was beautiful and they were nice enough to give me dimensions and photos of it in advance so that I could provide that information to my florist. The linens were beautiful and matched our decor perfectly.

    The part that made the rentals so easy for me is that they contacted the winery directly to coordinate drop-off and pick-up times so I didn't have to think about that.

    We hired Pleasanton Rentals for our rental needs for our wedding at Nella Terra Cellars in Sunol, CA on September 15th, 2017. We first worked with Devony who later left the company, and then worked primarily with Lacey.

    Our booking experience was fabulous. We made an appointment to visit their showroom/warehouse and discussed our needs with Devony. She allowed us to walk around the space and look at lots of items while she followed to answer questions and offer some design feedback. She never pressured us to rent anything we didn't need or to rent higher priced items.

    Once we paid a deposit on our initial order, we went through several changes and iterations of both numbers and items. Every time we called or emailed to make a change, the response was prompt and efficient, asking clarifying questions and always including an updated order/receipt.

    The prices on our items seemed very competitive and the quality of our rental items (including chivari chairs, chargers, glass water goblets, assorted votives, and table easels) was very good. We never worried about a thing over the weekend of the wedding. The items had been delivered the day before and we could see them being unpacked during our rehearsal. Delivery and pickup were smooth from the venue's standpoint.

    We would highly recommend Pleasanton Rentals and will absolutely contact them again for future needs. Thank you!

    Lacey with Pleasanton Rentals was great! I lived out of state but was getting married in CA and Pleasanton Rentals made the process so easy! I rented the Chavari chairs and everything turned out perfect! They were more than happy to work with me each time I needed the change something and the chairs gave our venue just the right touch.

    We had a blast working with Pleasanton Party Rentals.They really gave us a lot of helpful tips and walked us through the whole set up.Their selection is great they have a lot of variety in their linens.The price was also very affordable and we managed to get everything we needed in our budget.I highly recommend them for any sort of weddings or party.

    Pleasanton Party Rentals was great to work with and provided quality rentals for my wedding. We held the wedding at my parent's house and they showed up for delivery with plenty of time for us to set up. Everything was great.
