STAY AWAY! I have used pleasantholiday.com before and had no problems. This time?HORRIBLE!!! they changed ALL of my flights and blamed it on other air carriers, I had horrible layovers, my rental car experience was a nightmare, and all of my flights were long and crappy planes. I explained to them that this was a wedding so the changes that were not just 15 min or a half hour (one was over 7 hours difference!!!) was not acceptable i had vendors to meet,etc and they really didnt seem to care- they changed one flight(the 7 hour difference flight) but the whole thing was just horrible. Yet my mother in law booked through costco and paid the same amount and got direct flights with way better times and airlines!

STAY AWAY!!!! use someone else-discount not worth it!!
