We talked in the very beginning about wanting to help navigate music used and when that didn't happen (the fiance & I were naive enough to think we'd have the time lol), we realized how much our input wasn't needed. And I say that as a compliment. Our only special request was to have a camera in the car with my dad and I on our way to the ceremony (which, FYI, highly recommend you do this too if you can - be it with your father or whomever you have by your side in that special moment leading up to the aisle; it was so special & we paid for raw footage too, so we got the full ride over & I will always cherish it). Anyhow, other than that, there was talk about important characters and our overall vision, but that was in a total of two calls & then it was all in their hands. On the day of the wedding, I finally got to physically shake hands with Eriksen and Soren (the brothers behind the creative genius) for the first and only time, then, honestly, feel like I never saw them again. And yet, somehow, we have THE MOST beautiful and heart warming footage that brings tears to the eyes of everyone we show. Oh, and they nailed the music lol. 10 out of 10 folks.
