Pique Travel Design - Event Space is a rustic wedding venue located in Excelsior, Minnesota. Originally constructed in the 1940s as a lumber warehouse, this property underwent an extensive renovation in 2014. The administration retained many of the building’s original features which now add to the historic charm of this venue for special occasions.

Pique Travel Design - Event Space can accommodate all kinds of wedding celebrations, such as engagement parties, pre-wedding showers, rehearsal dinners, elopements, ceremonies, and receptions. This property boasts over 3,000 square feet of event space that couples can utilize for their nuptial occasion. This extensive space is perfect for a full day of events, allowing you to easily host your ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception here. The space features original wood flooring marked with pallet markings that honor the building’s original function. The 10-foot-high windows allow natural light to flood this space and illuminate heartfelt occasions held within. This venue also benefits from a poured concrete built-in tiered bar, sliding stable doors, and a wooden barrel ceiling. The floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace here can provide a beautiful wedding ceremony focal point. Outdoors, the deck area is ideal for a relaxed cocktail hour in the open air. Afterward, guests can transition back to the indoor space for the main reception, which can be laid out in any style that you desire. Our space works best at a maximum of 130 for a plated meal and 110 for a buffet meal. Mingling cocktail receptions or open-house style events can have a larger capacity.

Couples can choose from a range of preferred caterers to serve their day here. The venue is happy to allow you to supply your own event alcohol, providing it is served by their preferred bar service.
