I loved working with Courtney and benefiting from her amazing creativity. Her flowers and ideas were so much fun to plan, and then to actually see them the day of our wedding brought me to tears! Her eye for design is simply breathtaking!

I cannot begin to tell you how unpleasant this experience was working with Courtney. At first, when meeting her, I thought this is to good to be true she's giving me exactly what I want. And I had pictures of exactly what I wanted because as a bride I had a vision of how I wanted or wedding to look. Courtney said she was going to make it happen. When it came to contacting Her months before the wedding she was unreachable and would not return any of my phone calls, emails or texts. It took me contacting my wedding coordinator from the venue who recommended her to get ahold of her. Finally I got a hold of her, met with her days before my wedding to go over everything, which in words it sounded pretty legit. Then comes the day of my wedding, what a nightmare. She was one bouquet short for my bridesmaids bouquets and tried arguing with one of my bridesmaids saying she had enough and didnt anything to make another one with. Second, the moms/ grandmas corsages were poorly made and embarrassing to wear. Third, the bouteinneres were not even ready when we were ready for the ceremony - she took roses, cut them, and that was the bouteinnere. I was extremely disappointed with Courtney and would not recommend her at all.

2 months before my wedding now and I cannot get ahold of her! We met a month ago and I gave her ALL my ribbons that I bought..(about $100.00 worth) so that she could incorporate them into my flowers etc. Here it is 2 months out and no return phone call, text, or email from her!! She never followed through with giving me the revised invoice nor the the rendering of the floor plans like she said she would! She has left me high and dry and now I have to find someone to do my flowers at the last minute!!! She has also stolen my ribbons! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this person! Before we met in person she told me that \"she didn\'t get my text\" and then she cancelled our first meeting but that wasn\'t until I CALLED HER to confirm which should have been a clue but when she rescheduled she was actually at the rescheduled appointment on time! So I thought she was just busy as she saidl!! NO amount of money that she promises to save you is worth this stress!!!!!!

Courtney was extremely unprofessional. Courtney cancelled and rescheduled multiple appointments prior to our wedding, with her last reschedule being exactly 30 days away from the event. Upon rescheduling Courtney attempted to charge us a 5% fee because it was within 30 days of our wedding.

We did arrive late to one appointment and when that happened we called to apologize and her response was "you know I can cancel at anytime"

The flowers were mediocre at best. The day of the wedding we called to discuss our dissatisfaction and her excuse was since we ordered less flowers than originally discussed that she would've lost money providing us the flowers we originally wanted. Courtney changed our order without consenting with us first

Through multiple email communications Courtney stated verbatim: "Negative reviews will not be tolerated".

WHAT A NIGHTMARE COURTNEY IS!!!! When I first met with Courtney I really liked her! She cancelled our first meeting but she rescheduled and she was actually at the meeting before I was! So I thought I would give her a chance! The meeting went great! I gave her ALL of my ribbons that I bought to incorporate into her design! All $70 worth of ribbons! That was the last I heard from her! I called her, emailed and text her multiple times asking her if she didn't want to do our wedding then that was okay but I just wanted her to return our ribbons! I even told her I would pick them up at her convenience! NO RETURN CALLS, NO RETURN TEXTS, NO RETURN EMAILS, NO RIBBONS!!!! I was referred to Courtney by a friend who worked with her and I even reached out to her coworker. This is Courtney's 2nd job, part time pretend florist! Personally I think she has a lot of personal issues. Thank god I had enough time to find a real florist who had way better designs anyway for the same price. DON'T waste your time!
