System crashes and inability to get through to anybody directly is a real problem. I am using them for a charity gala and love the designs and the ticketing availability. The limited guest quantity 2500 is to small for me so my one event needed 5 invites. I don't recommend using for anything very important since it keeps locking up and not allowing my guests to purchase tickets and the non- ticketing invites aren't able to reply. Today I can't send out new invites or even email them from the support menu. I would not recommend for a wedding due to the lack of actual support other than emails, the email responses don't always address the issue and then you have to wait another 24 hrs to get the second reply. The people who trouble shoot and reply seem to not bother to try to find the issue. I am getting emails back like what invite. They are all for the same event and have the same name? I am so hoping they get there act together because they have awesome invites
