100 seating INDOORS ($5,200.00+ up to 50 guests), ($7,200.00+ 51-100 Guests). (101-150 guests $9,200.00+). Larger groups inquire.

INCLUDES 3 days, 2 nights (Friday noon until Sunday at 8 PM) in the 2-story, 2-bedroom Carriage House with the private Bridal Suite upstairs, a changing bedroom on the first floor, and the 2-bedroom Guest House, both with kitchens. The 30'x50' Amish-built event building seats 100 in main room (on 60" round tables) with a 12'x50' covered porch with authentic whiskey barrel high top tables with stools, 14'x42' covered patio w/Victorian Lounge & Bar with the view of the 10'x16' lighted Gazebo by the pond with the huge willow tree, the 10'x10' Pergolas, Rustic, Elegant, Boho, Casual style, 2-8' custom made bars with back bars & hanging stemware racks. 2 bars inside & 4 Self Serve Bars.
