I truly cannot say enough good things about our experience so far with Heidi. Our engagement photos turned out better than I ever could have imagined (despite needing to be postponed 3 times due to weather!) Talking with her is like being with a friend, and picking a wedding photographer is a big thing since you spend the entire day with them, but there is no one I would rather have with us on our wedding day. Being a COVID bride, we made the difficult decision to postpone, and she worked with us to find a new date, answered all our questions and made a difficult situation so much better. I have and will recommend her to anyone & everyone looking for a photographer in the future, and will use her whenever we are looking for professional photos to be taken next!

We truly cannot recommend this team enough. We had four associates with us on our wedding day, with Kayla as our primary photographer, and we genuinely could not have asked for a better group of people to surround us on such an important day.

From the moment they arrived, they brought the best energy. They made everything feel fun, natural, and effortless. They helped us feel completely comfortable in front of the camera — and for me personally, I finally felt beautiful and confident again, which meant more than I can put into words.

So many of our family members and guests have commented on how incredible they were — not only talented, but kind, professional, and seamlessly present throughout the day. There were multiple moments during cocktail hour and the reception where I would think, “Oh, this would be such a good picture,” and when I turned around, one of them was already capturing it. Heidi’s friendliness and professionalism are very clear from the start! I really loved working with her, and she always made us feel comfortable when we took photos. I knew when I got engaged that I wanted to invest in photography/videography and I wanted to make sure that I could trust whoever I hired to capture our very special day. As soon as we got our engagement photos back, I knew we made the right choice! Communication was super easy as well, and she listened to what we wanted. On the day of the wedding, Heidi handled a lot of unplanned events (which will happen) like a champ and kept us on track! At one point, both she and my wedding coordinator were kind enough to even help me secure my bustle with safety pins as it kept coming undone. My family and friends even noticed how Heidi and her team were always in there, trying to capture all the moments. The biggest surprise to me was the drone they used for video! Our guests loved that Heidi and her team amplified the energy and made fun suggestions like starting a soul train line! If you are looking for a photographer/videographer look no further! If I could post our entire wedding album on here I would because that is how amazing every single picture is. Choosing Pine and Forge for our wedding photography and videography was easily one of the best choices we made throughout the entire wedding planning process. Heidi makes everything easy and here eye for detail is truly unmatched. She knows how to capture every moment posed and unposed and make them a masterpiece. On top of being an out of the world photographer/videoghrapher, Heidi is hands down one of the nicest people you will ever meet. My husband and I had a destination wedding at Sandals in Negril, Jamaica and knew we wanted to hire someone who had done destination weddings before. The moment we spoke with Heidi on zoom it was a no brainer. Everyone else we met with no longer mattered and we canceled all future meetings because we knew her photography style and bright and airy attitude was exactly what we needed. Heidi is so personable and by the end of the 4 days she was with us we truly felt like she was family. We cannot give enough praise or say thank you enough. My fiancé hired Heidi to photograph our surprise proposal and everything was PERFECT. Even with a few hiccups, she remained flexible and relaxed. She has a bubbly personality and made our shoot so fun and comfortable. We loved how all our photos turned out and can’t wait to order some for our house. After meeting Heidi and seeing her work my (now Husband) and I knew we wanted her for our Wedding Day! Heidi is very responsive, professional, fun!, and got all the pictures that we wanted done quickly so we had time to actually join the fun at our cocktail reception and get more photographs with our guests. Heidi was truly amazing!! She shot my brother’s engagement on St. Pete Beach. She knew the area, the best spot to get the most beautiful shots, and she did an amazing job being incognito. :) Delayed dinner plans caused the couple to run behind, and Heidi was so kind and flexible! They felt so comfortable with her and the photos are truly INCREDIBLE!!! Our family will cherish them forever. Thank you SO much, Heidi! I highly highly recommend her!

Heidi and her team were everything that we had hoped for in a wedding photographer/videographer and then some! She was so easy to work with from the start. Her pricing is beyond reasonable and she was so willing to work with us to create a package that fit our needs and budget. Even when we had to postpone the wedding at the last minute due to a death in the family, she was understanding and worked with us to reschedule a couple of months later. She made us feel so comfortable in front of the camera and the pictures are absolutely beautiful! We look forward to having them to look back and remember our special day!

Heidi was PHENOMENAL to work with! She was responsive and professional throughout the entire process. Although posing for pictures can sometimes feel awkward, Heidi really put my fiancé and I at ease during our shoot.
