Phrozen Soft Serve is a veteran-owned ice cream caterer based in Lehi, serving weddings across Utah County, Salt Lake County and the Wasatch Front. We bring the machines, the product and the people to you — at a venue, in a backyard, indoors or out.

What your guests get

All-you-can-eat soft serve for the length of your reception. Our Dole Whip is dairy-free, so the guests who normally skip dessert don't have to. Pineapple, mango, raspberry, lime, lemon, strawberry, watermelon, peach, cherry, orange and pomegranate, alongside classic vanilla and chocolate — thirteen flavors in all. Each machine pours two at once, and we run several machines for larger receptions.

What's included

Delivery, setup, cleanup and pickup are part of every package, never an add-on. From there you choose how far to go: cups, cones, spoons and napkins, then six toppings, then ten. Packages run $2.10 to $3.50 per guest with a $450 minimum, and larger corporate events can be quoted by the serving.

How it works on the day

Most couples go self-serve, and it turns the dessert table into the spot people keep drifting back to. If you would rather not think about it at all, we can staff it with a server or an attendant. We need about an hour to set up. Each large machine wants its own 240v circuit, and where there is no power we bring a generator — we have set up in barns, church cultural halls, backyards and parks.
