My name is Charrie Stambaugh and I've been obsessed with photography since I was old enough to hold a camera, point, and shoot. I have built my career around my passion for helping others.

After earning my undergraduate degree from Purdue University, I went on to receive a Masters of Public Health from Indiana University School of Medicine. Both my undergraduate and graduate work focused on human sexuality, women's health, business, and entrepreneurship and my professional career has also focused on these topics. And as the Owner/Photographer of Photog Boss Babe, I dedicate time to helping others feel empowered and beautiful in front of the camera and into their future.

My strength is drawn from 4 leading men in my life as well as 3 bonus babes. Each day is filled with hugs, homework, and PS4. My husband is the love of my life and I live every day grateful for each breath. Life is always an adventure in the Photog Boss Babe home and I feel blessed and grateful for life's simple pleasures. #PhotogMomsRock

Over the years, my love for photography turned from hobby to career. In 2012, I ventured out to marry these passions of photography with women's empowerment by starting Belle Amie Photography (later changed to "Photog Boss Babe" in 2019). For the first couple years, I really focused on boudoir photography, but I soon discovered my passions and talents for other types of photography, including family, wedding, engagement, senior photos, etc. Now I get to help all people SEE themselves as just as beautiful on the outside as they truly are inside.

My photography style is very journalistic--I capture every single moment throughout the day! This includes lots of candid shots that are in-the-moment so you'll always remember your big day! Of course, we do the posed images as well. I usually start my day photographing the bride with her tribe, then the groom with him gang. Sometimes we'll do a first look. I always capture posed photos of just the bride and just the groom as well. My ceremony photography style is in-depth and try to get every emotion! After the ceremony, I usually take photos of the bride and groom with the bridal party, then b/g with family, and then b/g with anyone else they'd like a posed shot with. Then, of course, we do the exclusive bride/groom photos together! I'd say most of my clients love me b/c I'm funny, real, genuine, and fast at what I do. I try VERY hard to get real smiles and smirks. I promise to have you laughing and enjoying your day! And one last thing, since I've done over 50 weddings, I REALLY know weddings! I've served as the Bride's bestie on her big day--just helping her remember ALL the details!
