When we signed with CB Art photography for our wedding, I was very excited because I was impressed with their work. Unfortunately, our end product was not what we were expecting and have been disappointed with our interactions with Purvak and CB Art after our wedding.
We had signed a contract for both photography and videography. To be completely honest, prior to our wedding our interactions with Purvak and his team were very good. He agreed to meet us several times prior to our wedding. He was very patient and professional. He answered all our questions. The photographers did show up on time on our wedding day. Our largest upset was with the video and the delivery of the photographs.
Our photographs were given in a scattered manner. When I viewed the initial pictures sent, there were many missing. I had to email Purvak and remind him to send the remaining pictures.
In our meetings prior to our wedding, I had specifically asked for certain special moments to be captured, specifically my grandfather welcoming my husband during the bharat. I had not only told Purvak in person, but also sent him an email outlining everything I wanted prior to our wedding date. The 1 photograph of my grandfather welcoming my husband was from the back and a horrible angle. That special moment was never captured.
With regards to our video, Purvak initially had told us that he would only be able to give us the video on Blue Ray discs. Because no one in our family has a blue ray DVD player, he agreed to put the video on an external hard drive. My husband purchased and sent him the hard drive in the mail. When we were told that the hard drive and blue ray discs were ready for pick up, my husband went to pick everything up while Purvak was in India. My husband was given his sister's contact for communication and gave our last installment of payment to her when he went to pick everything up. Unfortunately the hard drive was not ready with video playback. So we left the hard drive and were
