When looking for a photographer, my husband and I were very picky because neither of us are very comfortable with our pictures being taken. When my mom and I met with Michelle, I immediately knew that she was going to be who I wanted there with us on our day. I felt like she was an old friend that I was catching up with. During our engagement photos, she did a great job at making us laugh so the candid photos didn't look too cheesy, and they looked super natural. She had great ideas for our shot list and the pictures turned out great! During the actual wedding, Michelle was just amazing. I was sick on the day and she was constantly asking me if I needed to sit, or if I wanted water, or if I needed her to hold my flowers, etc. There was at one point when I was all by myself minutes before the ceremony and I was in a lot of pain (plus nerves) and she told me that it's okay that I'm not feeling 100% okay. No one said that to me the entire day and that made me feel a lot better. She made sure that I was as okay as I could be and that I needed to not keep blaming myself for the way I was feeling. After all of the traditional routines were done in the reception, I went upstairs to lay down and she came up and she said that I had done it and nothing else matters now. We did the dang thing and everything was beautiful but now it was time for me to relax. She and her assistant for the day, Troy, made me feel beautiful even if I wasn't feeling it, and they were two people I was so happy to have around me. Thank you so much Michelle and Troy!

Not only does she have a great eye and the unique ability to actually understand a couple, she has a fantastic sense of humor, which makes working with her a lot of fun.
