"Photo Creations Studios is a wonderful new addition to the Rogue Valley Mall. It offers professional portrait photography in a fun and relaxed setting. The photographers and the staff working there are so personable, they take the time to get to know you so your session with them will be one that is memorable and you walk away with images you will cherish for a lifetime! As an added bonus they have the most amazing art gallery filled with local artist from around the Valley. A great Combination! The Mall has been lacking in photography studios and especially Art Gallery's so it's great to see this business open up!

We went to Photo Creations for Christmas Pictures. The photo shoot was not up to the professional standards that we have experienced with other photographers in the past. The scene set ups and pose instructions where amateur at best. We had a gut feeling that the resulting pictures would be subpar. As supporters local business we wanted to continue with pictures in hopes we would be surprised. Unfortunately there were only a small handful of pictures that where not over exposed. My wife who is an absolute sweetheart was crushed! I then contacted Photo Creations with the complaint and a refund of money. I was told that Photo Creations fulfilled their obligation and that no refund would occur. I even offered to let them keep 50.00 of the morney as a good faith gesture with no avail. There is much more to the story but I am only sharing the facts of the matter. Buyer beware! We lost 273 dollars and no quality usable pictures to speak of!
