We booked Philly Marquee for our wedding over a year out. I reached out via email and Brett was super responsive. I saw some reviews that people could not get a hold of them via phone but Brett always replied to my emails within 24 hours! Answered any question I had, confirmed with me about a month out, and the letters were the star of the show at our reception!!! Our ballroom had extra high ceilings and the letters really made the room look incredible. Logistically it was incredibly easy. They showed up & set them up day of and took them down after the reception. I didn't even have to think twice about it. Even my husband who could've cared less about this detail keeps telling me what a good decision it was to have the Marquee letters.

Our wedding was back in February and adding letter lights was a last minute addition. We reached out two weeks prior to the wedding and they were very responsive and able to squeeze us in. The lights were such a special touch and a big hit for the reception. Philly marquee was very responsive and delivered the lights and set up and took down at the end of the night. So happy we made this addition last minute and was so worth it!!! If you are on the fence about adding lights to your big day- go ahead and do it!!!!

These were the perfect addition to my reception! It was stunning! Brett was great to work with! Highly recommend!

I booked and paid in full for marquee letters for our wedding reception a couple weeks before our wedding. I made sure that the letters requested were available. The day of my wedding my wedding coordinator came up to me around 2 pm and said that Philly Marquee still hadn't been there to deliver the letters. I was told they would be there between 11 and 4 so I wasn't very concerned.

Right before my 6:00 ceremony my coordinator came up to let my mom know that the letters still hadn't be delivered. About 7:00 my coordinator let my mom know that the letters had finally gotten to the venue. My guests were already beginning to enter the reception space. S

We had to send them away because the reception was already beginning.

While they were very apologetic over email, I was still a bummer to not have them. They were supposed to be a big decoration piece for our reception. We did receive our money back right away. I was told there were three events that had deliveries that day and my wedding was the last scheduled stop. I would recommend they invest in more then one delivery person....
