I reserved a white trolley for our wedding, and I can't thank Philadelphia Trolley Works enough for their efforts and hospitality. The trolley experience was enjoyed by all (our photo/video team, bridal party, & our parents), and our driver made it even better. He was responsive by phone, incredibly helpful with loading/unloading of passengers, and he made sure no cars were coming to ensure our safety. He even went above & beyond by making an extra lap at my request to drop off our parents and grandparents at the reception while we finished pictures before coming back to get my wife and I. Highly recommend.

Used for wedding transportation! They were great and super easy to work with! They shuttled people back and forth even after the after party until everyone made it back to the hotels.

I feel most people only write a review when it is negative. I am the opposite. I had a wonderful experience using Philadelphia Trolley Works for my son’s rehearsal dinner and welcome party. Katherine in the office was great to work with. I may have been over the top, double checking everything, but she never made me felt that way. We had a pickup at the hotel to bring the wedding party to the church for the rehearsal, wait and bring us to the Lowes Hotel for the dinner and welcome party. The drivers Vince and Tiffany, were so professional, calming to me as the MOG. The trolleys, ninety minutes later, had to start bringing our 185 guests from the hotel to the welcome party and return them after the party ended. I admit, I am a control freak and was worried with some many moving pieces someone would be left stranded. Did not happen! Everyone was well taken care of by Vince and Tiffany! The trolleys were clean too.

Philadelphia Trolley Works was great! We had a white trolley for our wedding day, and they were very easy to work with, timely on the day of, responsive, and reasonably priced. Exactly as advertised. Our driver was wonderful, so friendly and sweet!!

It was so special to have a trolley for my wedding! They were responsive and attentive to all our transportation needs (cars, trolleys, and all), and the trolley driver took my husband and I (and our bridal party) all over the city to take amazing pictures after the ceremony. Definitely recommend!

Philadelphia Trolly Works was the best way to get to our location for our wedding pictures! The driver was extremely friendly, welcoming, assisted people on and off the trolley and got us to and from our locations efficiently and quickly! The wedding party that rode the trolly had great fun from the adults to the kids. We would recommend this company for anyone's transportation needs in the city of Philadelphia!

This place has the most wonderful people one in particular is a lady by the name of Ms.Biggs, she has been involved in many wedding evens and is highly recommend for any affair that you may have, please ask for her she give a warm and welcoming smile and service. She makes any event fun and lively and makes you want to partake in that event. Thank You trolley works for that great experience. I really love her.

While we did not end up using Philadelphia Trolley Works for our wedding because the logistics of our wedding day changed after rescheduling multiple times, I could not speak more highly of this company. We had the unfortunate experience of having to cancel our wedding date three times due to covid. Each and every single time, Philadelphia Trolley Works was nothing but flexible and understanding. This speaks volumes about how they operate their business given that I'm sure this period was beyond difficult for them as a business yet at no point did they let this affect how they treated us. I have already recommended them to multiple friends and they will be my first call when I need transportation in the future.

We used PTW to shuttle the bridal party to and from the church & reception location for our wedding. First the trolley was prompt and even early for arrival, approx 1 hr before the contracted time. We changed last minute and added a trip so the guys could get to the church early. The driver was great with helping the girls on, holding flowers and even played us music on the way to reception...with everything else we completely forgot to think of this but so glad she did! She also maneuvered a small circle driveway like a pro! Really great service all around.
