We're having our wedding at The Peter Herdic House and it is SO BEAUTIFUL!!!! The dining room is so beautiful that we are not planning on having floral arrangements on the tables--it will go unnoticed. The decor is very in keeping with the Victorian house and Liz is amazing to work with. She is also the chef and the food is amazing (I'm a foodie). They are VERY big on using organic local products and proteins in order to support the local businesses and to make sure everything is fresh and straight from the farms. Since they don't do tastings, we had dinner in order to taste the food. Even though it was a little expensive, the food was well worth it and there was plenty of it!! You will not go wrong having your wedding here & we can't wait for ours!!

***UPDATE!!! We were married October 3, 2015 and we were BEYOND HAPPY with everything!! Liz worked with our budget and did a FANTASTIC job with the food (she made a butternut squash soup from scratch that even my 5 yr old nephew loved)! I even had her bake a groom's cake as a surprise for my hunny. It came out beautiful, delicious & my husband was truly surprised with it. Everyone said it tasted great! You will not be disappointed here.

I cannot say enough about this venue and the staff...absolutely wonderful! The venue was beautiful and the food was simply fantastic. We had a sit down dinner and an open bar and it was very reasonable. Liz helped us with everything and we certainly were not easy to deal with because we kept having to add more and more people. They were just so accommodating and everything went off without a problem. I would recommend this venue to anyone that wants an intimate wedding. We plan on dining here for our anniversary next year.

My husband and I just had our wedding at the Herdic House this weekend and I can not say enough about Gloria, her daughter Liz and the wait staff. They were truly a pleasure to work with, consistently exceeding our expectations with their flexibility, professionalism and genuine kindness. The food, presentation and service was phenomenal. Liz made the best cake I've ever eaten and the guests loved exploring the house. These people love good food and value good entertaining. I couldn't have chosen a better venue.
