Camp Lindenmere is a beautiful and scenic wedding venue located in Henryville, Pennsylvania, in the heart of the Pocono Mountains. This 200-acre property offers you a serene retreat to celebrate your new marriage.

Facilities and Capacity

Tie the knot in the outdoor amphitheater, a custom stone-built ceremony space accommodating up to 400 guests. You can adorn the raised platform with your floral arrangements and arbor, and the lush forest serves as a stunning backdrop as you say, ‘I do.’ For your cocktail hour, an idyllic area adjoining the amphitheater boasts wonderful views of Camelback Mountain. The Pavilion is Camp Lindenmere’s perfect reception setting, providing cover from the elements while giving you and your guests the feel of the natural surroundings. This elegant space can accommodate up to 350 guests. The property offers your guests 33 cabins and 25 private rooms for those wishing to stay on-site. All are equipped with central A/C and heating, bathrooms, and showers. A five-bedroom lakehouse is available for you and your beloved. The camp’s grounds also offer a private lake for swimming and fishing, a heated pool, an adventure course, recreational fields, and an indoor fitness center for your guests’ enjoyment.

The best place on earth!

Wow wow wow. I have been putting this off because I don’t know where to begin. From beginning to end the coordinator Kyle and entire staff were exceptional!!! Camp Lindenmere was the coolest place for a camping trip wedding! It was the best find! Yes I can go on and on about the facility itself and I will but the best part was hands down the staff!!!! This group of wonderful humans did everything to make sure my husband, myself and all our guests were comfortable and having fun. The planning process was very smooth. The tour and tasting itself was one of the best days ever. The food is outstanding!!! This place truly has it all. The cabins are newly renovated and the activities were never ending. I showed up with the weekend itinerary and they took care of the rest. This camp was better than the camp I went to every summer as a kid. My step daughter is now asking to go to this camp. Our wedding weekend was one of the best times of our lives and it’s all thanks to Camp Lindenmere and their staff!!!!! Weeks later and people are still talking about how much fun they had. Thank you sooo much Kyle, Elliot, Louis and the entire CL crew!!! We LOVE you guys!!!! Beyond grateful 🙏

absolutely perfect!

Camp Lindenmere was fantastic. Our guests had an absolute blast. In fact, multiple people told us that it made them wish they’d done a camp wedding! Particular highlights:
- The food was seriously amazing. The tacos were our favorite but everything was honestly amazing.
- The camp had a massive team on hand for the weekend, which meant that everything ran smoothly and there were always more than enough team members available to deal with anything that came up. Our guests gushed about how friendly and helpful all the staff members were.
- Kyle was our main point of contact during the planning process. We found him to be extremely responsive and easy to work with. He provided the right balance of guidance and flexibility (“I recommend X but we’ll do whatever you prefer”), which helped de-stress all the hundreds of tiny decisions that crop up during planning.
- There were lots of nice little touches. For example, we had a dedicated team member to drive us wherever we needed on the wedding day.

The folks at Camp Lindenmere are total pros, while also being extremely nice and accommodating. We couldn’t have been happier with how everything went.

An amazing bonding experience for your family and friends!

Having our wedding over a weekend at camp was to ensure that our guests had an opportunity to get to know each other prior to our wedding celebration. Camp Lindenmere definitely made that happen! They encouraged everyone to let loose and be silly which was an amazing bonding experience. It was so fun for us to get to see our favorite people interact and really get to know one another, allowing our friends to make new friends. Isn’t that the whole point of camp?!

We came to camp with a clear idea of the experience we wanted to provide to our guests. The leadership group (Kyle, Edvin & Lewis) took the time to understand our vision and organized planning sessions and visits to craft the experience we were looking for. From putting together menus and beverage selections, to planning the weekend schedule and handling payments, they helped keep things moving along while helping us finalize the details for our event.

Staying in the bunks was fun for most of our guests - and having private rooms with ‘real’ mattresses and beds was a perfect solution for others, ensuring that everyone could stay the whole weekend and take advantage of all the activities.

There were organized games like kickball and lake relays, and other activities like archery, the climbing wall or trapeze (!) available all day. There were enough group activities to promote getting to know each other and the entire day ended with a huge relay race across camp that EVERYone participated in! It was so fun - everyone was smiling and exhausted by dinner time, but the good times kept going late into the night!

And that was the day before the wedding! On top of a fantastic camp day, Kyle and the crew threw an amazing party!

The wedding day was just as wonderful and fulfilling as the camp experience. Our guests were free to relax or keep playing at camp while we got ready at the Lake House, which was a beautiful place for our first round of photos. As we made our way over to the amphitheater from the Lake House, the staff filtered our guests into the ceremony location where the team had set up our chuppah and arranged the planters and flowers, everything was absolutely beautiful. The team took our vision for the set up and executed our ideas, and then some! Everyone went above and beyond!

While we took pictures, our guests went to cocktail hour and then down to the circus for the reception - transportation by golf cart was available for those that couldn’t make the walk. The transition to each location was smooth and easy for everyone to understand.

Everyone was so energized by the day before, so the reception was definitely the climax. Everyone jumped onto the dance floor as soon as the music started - we couldn’t wait to get out there!

Over the course of the weekend every member of the staff was simply incredible. Our guests couldn’t help but rave about how friendly and helpful each team member was. It was clear that everyone’s primary goal was to make sure our guests were taken care of. Additionally, the number of staff members made available to us made the logistics of hosting a weekend long event a breeze! The entire event is still something our guests talk about with a huge smile!

With over 25+ years of food and beverage experience, Kyle and his family own two restaurants and an event and catering company in Vail, CO. Kyle makes sure all weddings can customize their menu to their preferences, with a tasting prior to your wedding weekend to make sure all food choices are exactly what you imagined!

Kyle and Lindenmere have one goal for each wedding, and that is for all weddings to leave saying, "WOW, that was the best weekend of my life!"
