This passionate company is owned by Emmanuel S. Penaflor. He’s a certified wedding planner who took a course in floral design to hone his skills. In 2010, he designed the floral arrangements for a friend’s wedding, and hasn't looked back. Emmanuel has done over 45 weddings in Washington, D.C., Maryland and Virginia, and prides himself on his attention to detail and creativity.

This full-service florist offers complimentary consultations to each couple he works with. Emmanuel is skilled in a wide variety of styles, including classic, vintage, country, glamorous and more. Delivery and setup is included in his fees, along with cleanup and event design. He will also provide samples, and visit your venue if you so choose. Additional services include:
