We time delivery using the dates on our calendar (including next-day where available) so your stems arrive fresh and open perfectly for your event. Clear tools, zero pressure, every petal in its place.

How to Submit

Use the chat on our website and include your order number, contact info, photos, and a brief description. We process most claims within a few hours.

Delivery Availability

• We only ship on dates shown as active on our calendar at checkout.

• Next-day delivery orders are accepted until 12:00 p.m. (noon) on the previous day (based on the time displayed at checkout).

• Orders placed after noon for next-day delivery move to the next available date on the calendar.

• Delivery availability may change due to holidays, weather, or carrier constraints and will be reflected in the calendar.
