We stand behind fresh, stunning flowers—delivered. If anything arrives damaged, wilted, or not as expected, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos.

Resolutions

How to Submit
Use the chat on our website and include your order number, contact info, photos, and a brief description. We process most claims within a few hours.

Delivery Availability
• We only ship on dates shown as active on our calendar at checkout.
• Next-day delivery orders are accepted until 12:00 p.m. (noon) on the previous day (based on the time displayed at checkout).

Important Notes
• Orders placed after noon for next-day delivery move to the next available date on the calendar.
• Delivery availability may change due to holidays, weather, or carrier constraints and will be reflected in the calendar.
