Our wedding day was absolutely perfect, and truly our beautiful day would have not even been remotely close to perfect without Ashley and her plethora of knowledge and expertise. Ashley was amazing, from start to finish. The sheer volume of services she provided with her full service package was excellent, including timeline and budget management, vendor and venue suggestions, managing communication with vendors, joining us for calls, tracking logistics, wedding how-to and advice, sculpting our vision with us, and beyond that, a massive amount of coordination, setup, and execution on details on the day of our wedding.

Ashley held our hands through the whole process, for the better part of a year, and was the biggest contributing factor in making our wedding into the perfect day. She was friendly and professional, easy to work with, massively flexible with our semi-traditional wedding and my very picky bride, and most of all, massively organized and on top of all the little details and timing we didn't know we needed to handle.

We did almost all our wedding planning ourselves, and were sure we didn't need a day of coordinator for our 40 person wedding in the mountains. After listening to several friends who urged us to hire someone, we hired Ashley and can honestly say it was one of the best decisions we made. She arrived to help with day-of planning and coordination and I don't know how we would have done it without her. There were so many small details which popped up which Ashley was on top of; we met the day before and she quickly got a grasp of what was going to happen and jumped into it as if she'd been part of our planning for months. She was organized, efficient, kind and made us feel completely calm and reassured allowing us to enjoy getting ready in the morning and the entire day stress free. She handled all the vendors, helped up with timing during the ceremony between our wedding party, dog, and DJ, helped organize props and belongings so they were where we needed the, and was generally our go-to for everything. If you are on the fence, I highly highly recommend you get a day-of planner, and that you choose to go with Pepper and Co Events, you won't regret it!
