1-ON-1 CONSULTATION
You'll work one-on-one with Margo, the Owner and Designer of Penn & Paperie. Together, you will bring your wedding style to life through paper and ink. She is available for both phone and email consultations, and promises to provide exceptional boutique-like customer service.
UNLIMITED PROOF REVISIONS
We are happy to include unlimited proof revisions in every order at no additional charge! During the proofing process, you'll receive a digital PDF proof displaying every element of your invitation suite. We can refine and revise until everything is perfect and to your liking!
BESPOKE QUALITY
We send all of our designs to be printed on professional presses to ensure you're getting the highest of quality. We have developed great relationships with trusted printers who are masters of their trade.

Disappointing
In short:
- The invitations were pretty, however, (afterwards) we found many elements to be direct from past invitations so they didn't feel very custom.
- Many, many of our invitations were scuffed or smudged. Given the number that were damaged and timing, we gave them out is. Margo's response was that we could pass the buck to USPS which screamed of unprofessionalism.
- In our Google Review, Margo replied that "my experience was that they did not seem very thorough during our time working together." We are very detailed oriented people and we were very thorough, this again goes with the pattern of defensive responses we got.
Overall, given we paid $30 an invitation we felt the quality and professionalism was sub-par. We haven't enjoyed the defensive and accusatory responses we've received from Margo - as we said before, a simple apology would have gone a long way. We planned a large wedding with at least 15 vendors (all of which were small businesses) and this was truly the only sub-par experience we had.
