Quality service

Amazing company with fast responses. They kept to our schedule and arrived early for extra help transporting some of the elderly people. Would definitely recommend!

Customer Service severely lacking

Incredibly annoyed and very disappointed, to be completely honest. Pegasus was recommended to us by a local hotel (for wedding guest transport), and all of the Google reviews are glowing! However, right from the start, customer service seemed to be severely lacking. I requested a quote online on Monday (immediately received an automated email acknowledging my request and indicating that I would receive a response “very soon”). I waited until Wednesday – after not receiving any communication, I followed up via email (the email they have listed on their site). Waited until Friday. Still nothing. I called first thing in the morning on Friday, but apparently while their hours are 6am-5pm, their Sales Team does not start until 8am. No biggie. The lady on the phone took down my name and number and told me that someone would give me a call before 9am. (side note: I did not mention my 2 previous requests… simply approached it like a brand new inquiry) 11:30am rolled around – nothing. So I called again – this time I did mention that I had called in the morning and didn’t receive a call back. I finally got through to someone on the Sales Team, and she gave me her email address (I believe this was her direct email address, as it is not the same as the one listed on their website) and told me what information she needs me to include in my email. I emailed her all of the information within minutes of hanging up the phone. I received a proposal about 3.5hrs later, reviewed it and found that it did not take into account the details I had provided. I replied to the quote within 20 minutes of receiving it, requesting a quote with the details I had already provided. I didn’t receive a response with an updated quote until Tuesday TWO WEEKS LATER.
