Hi, I’m Jeff, and I own Peak Sound which is based out of Salt Lake City, Utah. I have been DJing weddings across Utah and its surrounding states since 2010! I know that finding the right DJ for your wedding can be overwhelming and stressful. That is why I put you in contact with real clients before you book! Reach out and ask what I can offer!

Best dj ever

Peak Sound did an absolutely amazing job!
Jeff was our DJ and he was on top of everything. He helped keep the flow and schedule of the night running smoothly so that I did not have to worry about it one bit. He was also amazing at making last-minute changes to the schedule anytime I asked or if I was running behind.
He really helped make my dream wedding day a reality. He had people up and dancing the whole night, he was interactive and so much fun. :) It's been almost a week since my wedding and I still have people telling me how wonderful our DJ was. I'd HIGHLY recommend peak sound!

Unforgettable Dance Floor and Industry-First DJ

As a wedding videographer, working alongside DJ Jeff was an absolute highlight. The dance party was electric from start to finish, with an incredible light display that kept guests on the floor all night. Beyond the wedding day itself, what truly sets Peak Sound apart is their heart for the industry. Hosting Smoke & Velvet as a free vendor party spoke volumes about their generosity, community mindset, and genuine care for creatives. I can't recommend them enough!

when i say 5 stars on everything, i mean 5 STARS!!!

jeff was seriously the most amazing DJ. from working and understanding my vision to executing it. he made sure every detail of the ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner, and reception elevated the experience and atmosphere. he even let my son DJ and taught him what to do. jeff was exceptional at responding so quickly to any specific request or challenge i had for him. he mixed a specific song for us and all my guest continue to ask how i found him and tell me how amazing he was! it was the most beautiful day and best party ever ❤️

Hire Peak Sound!!!

Jeff was wonderful to work with! From the moment I put in an inquiry he responded with a call within an hour, while he was on vacation! He has been attentive and made sure every detail was accounted for. His set up was awesome and he got the party started. At the end of the night when we just had a few people left, and he was already almost packed everything up. We remembered we missed an important song we wanted to listen to, and Jeff got his speaker out and played it for us. He even got out a light he had already put away to make it extra vibey. 10000/10 recommend!

Choose Peak Sound!!

We had our wedding at the Alta Lodge in Alta, UT. Rebecca was our DJ and Dylan was there for logistics support/MC. They were both fantastic to work with, super professional and friendly, and absolutely killed it on the day of. We had some complicated weather (super windy, cold, had to move inside for dinner) and not only is their equipment great (the wind didn't effect the ceremony sound at all), they seamlessly accommodated the last minute changes. Leading up the the event, Rebecca was incredibly organized, comforting and fun to work with, and super responsive via email. We had some very last minute music decisions and a bit of a complex ceremony with live instrumental music and a group photo call-up, and she totally helped bring our vision to reality! I highly recommend both Rebecca and Peak Sound, wish I had an excuse to work with them again!

Best. DJ. Ever. Don’t even bother with anyone else!!

Jeff was simply the best DJ we could have asked for from beginning to end. We had a call or two with others and Jeff just outshined them all. His kindness and positive energy shows through immediately and just makes you feel so comfortable. He worked with me and my planners to make sure every single aspect of our wedding ran smoothly and when I asked him to change some songs pretty darn close to my wedding date, he was so accommodating and made it happen for me without a second thought. His violinist added the most beautiful feeling to my ceremony and cocktail hour. He effortlessly kept our entire night free from awkward pauses and even offered these amazing light up bracelets that changed colors and it added yet another fun element to the dance floor. He was even kind enough to offer to grab us drinks and send me the videos he took from that night. We just couldn’t have had a better experience. 10/10 recommend!!

Above and Beyond in Every Way!

Using Jeff at Peak Sound is a must. His energy and compassion for his work is top notch. My guests could not say enough about how much he brought to the event and I was taken in by how much assistance he showed me just getting the event to happen as well as handling unforeseen situations that came up during the event. I would definitely suggest Jeff to everyone!

Brought all the Party!

I love working with Jeff! I had a very specific vision for a fashion show and I really needed a Rehearsal track of what he was anticipating to do on the day of for the show as well as have him DJ live. He also was able to bring in a hybrid band with a saxophone player. The entire experience from start to finish in the planning process and the day of was spectacular. I would highly recommend him!

Utah's Best DJ!!!

Jeff made my wedding spectacular!!! If you're looking for the best wedding DJ in all of Utah, you can end your search here. Jeff set the perfect tone for my ceremony with live string instruments, and invented a wonderful hybrid sound with those string instruments and back tracks during my cocktail hour. He kept my guests entertained and engaged the entire night. We played a few games which were incredible ice breakers, and he always knew the songs that would get people up out of their chairs. It was full-on nightclub vibes by the end of the night with the lights, lasers, and CO2 cannons! People were headbanging! I was soooo worried my wedding would be awkward but it was the furthest thing from awkward, thanks to Jeff. My guests all had the time of their lives and we created such fond memories of this special day, in large part because of Jeff's expertise, communication, and thorough planning. Thank you, Jeff, for making my wedding one for the record books!!

When everyone’s dancing you’ve got a good DJ!

From our first introduction call until the day of the wedding Jeff was super responsive and incredibly easy to work with. We had family members hard of hearing and Jeff was able to figure out a way to help us provide them with captioning, funny enough, the quality of the microphones during our ceremony were so good they didn’t have any issues understanding us! Between having multiple locations we needed sound and microphones at throughout the venue, along with the captioning, we were thrilled with how smooth the entire night went. The end of the night was so much fun with everyone dancing and rocking out to the great selection of songs to get the atmosphere right. Our send off used the cold sparks provided by Jeff and provided a memorable end to the night. Can’t recommend Jeff enough.
