I am so glad we went with Laurie and her team as our caterer for our wedding. Laurie not only acted as our caterer, but really helped in the coordination of the entire wedding. My husband and I are big foodies, so the food was extremely important to us. Laurie totally knocked it out of the park from start to finish. She even made my mother-in-law's piergoi recipe as a passed app (it was awesome!!). We have had so many people compliment us on everything from the filet and crabcake to the delicious wedding cake. Everything was to die for! I only wish I still had some leftovers from that day :) Thank you for everything Laurie!

Laurie and her team were so great to work with. Not only is she on top of her stuff, she delivered flawlessly the day of. We have had tons of people comment on how amazing the food was, which I feel like is usually one of the last things folks comment on in regards to a wedding! Beyond just the catering, Laurie coordinated all of our rentals and coordinate with all of our other vendors. She is the absolute best!

Laurie and her team were amazing. My October wedding was at my parents' home in Easton - they bring all of their own equipment, the service was great and someone making sure that the bridal party had drinks and my husband and I got appetizers! Laurie was happy to meet with us a few times before, see the venue and was very accommodating with our menu changes. Because I didn't have a wedding planner, she also offered so much helpful advice. But most importantly, the food ( we choose buffet- beef, salmon and lots of yummy veggie-focused sides) was to. die. for. Amazing. We got so many compliments, I ate a ton (which brides and grooms always say never happens!) and I was just so pleased. One of our guests is the head chef at the Ritz Carlton in Philly (where we live), and he also made a point to stop us worth glowing reviews of the catering. I want to throw another party and will have Laurie do the food, tent and everything else. Seriously use her.
