First word of advice when planning a wedding: BOOK PAUL RICH. We had met with Paul in his studio and immediately felt at ease. He had written out a tentative timeline and we used this for our wedding planning! We had met with other photographers and immediately knew we would book Paul. He was professional, fun, and his work was exceptional. We did our engagement photos with him and he helped us get comfortable in front of the camera. We were very excited to have him do our wedding photos. He showed up to the wedding on time and made sure our day went smoothly. I cannot thank him enough for getting our first look and all of our family photos before the ceremony so we could enjoy our cocktail hour! He captured AMAZING photos and we went to his studio to view our photos for our wedding album and ordered a canvas. We consider him a friend after he put so much work and time into our wedding.

First I've gotta say, we both just love these pictures. Now that we've finally had some time to really look at them all and start to post some on Social media we just couldn't be happier with the way they turned out. Paul photographed my wedding just a few weeks ago and did an amazing job!! We have already gotten photos back and they are beautiful. He was fun, flexible and so easy to work with! We would absolutely recommend him to anyone with a special occasion coming up!

My husband and I are beyond pleased to have chosen Paul as our wedding photographer. We knew Paul was “the one” just moments after meeting him because of his fun-loving attitude and willingness to push the creative envelope. From the engagement shoot to the wedding, Paul was incredibly generous with his time (e.g., he drove 5 hours round-trip simply to scout out our wedding venue!). We went out for drinks on several occasions to get to know one another, discuss our vision for the wedding, and after the wedding, to view his pictures of our big day projected large scale on the wall of his studio. The photographs speak for themselves. The 550 images Paul gave us (file sizes both large and small) are so stunning it was nearly impossible to narrow down a set of 100 favorites to post on Facebook! Overall, A++! We already can’t wait for Paul to shoot pregnancy and family shots in the (hopefully) near future!

My wife and I live in Chicago and were planning our wedding in Oregon. Our wedding planner suggested Paul as the photographer and we were a little nervous because we wouldn't have a chance to actually sit down and meet him. He was great though!!! We had a few conference calls were he asked us for our vision of the wedding and did an amazing job of putting us at ease. He walked us through the whole process and helped us provide him with all the information we needed. He did an amazing job at the wedding too. He was extremely well organized and prepared. My wife and I researched and interviewed several photographers before finding Paul, and after meeting with him we both knew he was the right photographer for our wedding. He is very easy to work with, while being determined and focused on details to make sure that everything goes smoothly. His photography skills and aesthetic are excellent, and he was also very helpful in many other aspects of planning and executing our wedding. I found him to be very "on top of it" and responsive, and his experience and knowledge put us at ease. Our wedding photos turned out wonderfully. This review is long over due! It's lengthy as I don't typically do short and sweet. So I will start with this in case you don't want to read the whole thing. You can't get better than Paul Rich Studio for your wedding or family portraits!

I wanted someone to capture what my husband and I had.... Love. I wanted him to capture our admiration for each other, our friendship, our playfulness. We were over the moon excited and even more confident in our decision once after heading to Canon Beach for our engagement session! Not only did we get great romantic shots on the beach holding each other and with a great view in the background, Paul also captured us rolling around in the sand, getting waist deep in the ocean an being flirtatious, playful and having fun! I fell in love all over again with Toby that day. And when I saw the photos I loved that I could see that love unfolding!

Fast forward to our wedding day, he rocked it! When we received our album you could relive our day through the photos. From start to finish you can see the day, the feelings and emotions of the day unfold. It was truly incredible to see it from that perspective. Because of the collection of photos he took, I feel like I remember that day like it was yesterday. Most brides go through that day so fast that even after receiving their albums they don't remember much, but Paul captured everything I would have wanted to remember and more. I am truly grateful for that.

Since then we have had family sessions, maternity , newborn and kiddos sessions with him at least a couple times a year, we referred him to friends and family all who continue to see him for their family portraits as well. His work is always amazing, his professionalism; top notch, and his attitude; totally awesome! Best money spent on our day was on photography! Hands down!!!
