In 2022 my company used Parts & Labor to cater one of our annual large events. It was a risk, since we had used the same catering company for years... WOW! Thank goodness we made the move!

Event day was a steamy 90+ degrees, our guests were worn out and visibly uncomfortable by dinner time. Our staff was worried that the event overall wouldn't get the best reviews because of the heat...

When the guests arrived at the ballroom, it was obvious from the presentation of food that we chose a different catering company. Once the line started, you could feel a shift in the room. Once they started eating, you could overhear guests raving that this was "the best catering they had ever had at the event." And many went back for seconds!

The quality of the meat was outstanding, presentation perfect, and their unique twist on traditional sides was a well received. On top of that, Parts & Labor provided tons of yummy garnishes, sauces, etc. that guests could choose to add to the dishes to personalize their meal.

When planning an event, working with a contact that is professional and able to shift is also a must. Jeff and his team were on point from start to finish.
