I went to this place to get my make-up and hair done for my wedding, I attended a trial run and of course the day-of session. I absolutely love this place and all of the ladies working there are very nice and accommodating. I was pampered and made to feel like a diva while I was there. On both trips I was greeted with mimosas and other treats and they kept them coming throughout my visit. My two sisters also came along and they too were treated nicely even though they weren’t receiving any services. The owner is fabulous and has done a great job with the place.
The only reason that I did not give it a full five stars is because after the trial visit my hair looked terrific and it stayed put all day, but on the wedding day this was not the case. My wedding day hair did not look as good as it did after the trial and within an hour it was flat and the waviness was gone. Additionally, the day-of appointment took longer than the practice and left us running late to everything else. My daughter also had her hair done here and it was an awful mess at first. I’m not certain that her hairstylist knew how to braid, but another hairstylist noticed my displeasure and corrected the hair without me even having to ask. The second stylist took her time and did a great job on my daughter’s hair.
In regards to the make-up, I absolutely loved it. I had no complaints, it lasted all throughout the day and looked great in pictures. I would definitely go back. Even though I was not as pleased with my hair on the wedding day I know that if I voiced my concerns they would do their best to take care of it immediately.
