Parker Pines Events is a unique wedding venue situated in Latta, South Carolina. Modern elegance meets rustic romance at this 160-acre countryside estate, where you can have your choice of picturesque ceremony sites. The dedicated team values the importance of family and wants couples to get the most out of their celebrations with loved ones.

Facilities and Capacity
You can host an intimate micro wedding at this location or throw a large-scale reception for up to 250 people. First, begin your wedding day in the plush get-ready rooms. Vintage mirrors, geometric vanity mirrors, chandelier lighting, and lounge areas set the tone for a refined and relaxed morning. The second preparation suite features sofas, games and space to chill out before the day really gets going. There are several ceremony sites to choose from that provide a quiet, nature feel. The Oak is our most popular site and is accented with a brick pathway, with guests seated on either side of the lawn. Afterward, you can explore the grounds with your love, while your wedding photographer captures timeless and candid images. Guests can enjoy cocktail hour and mingle by the fire pit outside. Evening receptions take place in the state-of-the-art modern, industrail barn. This 9,000+ square-foot event space fuses brings the modern rustic theme to life providing some extra room for customization. The spacious room is characterized by pristine white wood straight from our property, ambient, modern light fixtures, lofty ceilings, and polished concrete flooring. The interiors are elegantly appointed while also allowing space for you to treat the barn as a blank canvas for your decor tastes and theme. Our team provides round tables and mahogany Chiavari chairs for 150 guests, with additional rentals available upon request. Professional, licensed catering companies can use the preparation kitchen onsite.

You are free to select outside vendors to match your vision, all of which are required to have insurance prior to your big day. Before your wedding, you will be invited for a full venue walk-through so that you can have your milestone celebration and tweak your plans accordingly.

Accommodation
The plush cabins at Parker Pines Events sleep up to 20 people in total. Whether you wish to use all five, three, or just two cabins for your wedding weekend, the team will customize your package accordingly. Inside the elegant stand-alone cabins, you will find a kitchen area, sofa, and cozy bedding with a dash of country luxury.

Best Day Ever!

Parker Pines is the perfect mix of a modern and rustic venue. The event space is so large and spacious and truly a blank slate for you to really do what you want to create your vision. The farmhouse tables and chairs make the space look so great. The decor closet that you can rent is super helpful! I really wanted a large dance floor and we were able to set up the room to accomplish this! Sarah is super easy-going, easy to talk to, and helps you to create your vision for your dream day! On our big day she was everywhere! Checking in with coordinators, checking in with me, driving golf carts around; she does it all. I love that Parker Pines is a family business and you really do feel like family while you're there. I never wanted our day to end and wouldn't change a thing!

Absolutely Breath Taking

Cannot say enough things about this amazing venue. We recently got married at Parker Pines on 10/7/2023. Everything was a dream come true. Absolutely breath taking. Sarah and the staff are amazing to work with. So many different options with this venue to make your day even more perfect. We will forever hold Parker Pines close to our hearts🤍

Loved the Venue!

Loved the venue and the access it allowed with having soo many family and wedding party members to stay in On site! If I could do it again I would. It was out of state for us and a lot of our guests and they still can’t stop saying how much they enjoyed our big day. It was such a fun time!
