Motti of Pariser’s Bakery was one of our favorite vendors we got to meet and know. His advice and frankness really allowed us to think hard about what was important to us for our wedding. Originally, we thought let’s have five different flavors of cupcakes so there’s a variety for people to eat, but he shared his experience with us about when certain flavors run out, guests become unpleased that they didn’t get the specific flavor cupcake they wanted, which results in having a ton of leftovers and unhappy wedding guests. So, we listened and decided on chocolate and vanilla cupcakes. They turned out amazing, and everyone enjoyed them! We didn’t have any leftovers. It was a pleasure working with Pariser’s Bakery! Thank you Motti for providing us with some humor during the wedding planning process!

We got married in Frederick County, MD and couldn't find any kosher bakeries out there. Out of all the kosher bakeries we visited in the DC and Baltimore areas, Pariser's had the best tasting desserts and were the most willing to work within our budget. They were also more than happy to deliver the hour out to our venue. We ended up ordering a three-tiered cake and full dessert spread. I gave Motti a picture of exactly how I wanted our fall-themed cake to look. It was a complicated design where the bottom tier was molded to look like a tree trunk. When I saw the end result on the wedding day, I couldn't have been happier with how exactly he replicated it! And the other desserts (cookies, brownies, pies) were so popular with our guests, they were gone before the night was over.
