Facilities & Capacity

Pardini's Catering & Banquets has a selection of elegant private areas to suit any wedding theme, style, and size. These dynamic spaces vary in aesthetic, allowing couples to choose the most ideal option for them. The Red Room is a gorgeous cocktail bar and private event room with a classic yet modern tone, boasting vintage accents and space for up to 350 guests. The Event Salon offers an elegant banquet room that can be tailored to suit each occasion’s unique needs. This area can be split into two rooms or combined to host over 400 people for larger gatherings.

Best Wedding Catering!

I used Pardini's for our annual Polofest event for years. When the time came for each of our daughters' weddings, there was no question as to which catering company we would choose. Pardinis did an amazing job at each wedding of 300 people, with hand passed hors de oeuvres during cocktail hour and meals served in a timely manner, perfect temperature and delicious as always. Our most recent wedding, March 15, 2025, gave us lots of challenges as the record rain caused our venue to flood. We asked Pardini's to set up further from the tent than desirable. They responded with "Do not worry, we have you. We will make certain everything goes smoothly." And they did exactly that. The service was IMPECCABLE, and when the meal was served, it was timely, hot and absolutely delicious. I can't say enough to properly convey the outstanding job done from start to finish by the Pardini's team. I will be forever grateful for all they did to make each Polofest and all three weddings (especially this last one!) perfect. I cannot recommend them more highly! 12/10!

Absolutely amazing!

They are SO amazing!!! The BEST wedding food EVER & it’s SO true because everyone knows most wedding food is not great!!! We are also in the beef/cattle industry so we know what a GOOD steak taste like & their steaks were phenomenal!!!! Every item came HOT, cooked to perfection, and was served with class & elegance!!! We have NO complaints regarding the meals or service!!!!!

I wish we could have them cook for us constantly!!!

We also had countless wedding guest approach us durning the reception to tell us how amazing the food is/was!!! I would definitely recommend/use them again in a heartbeat!!!

Pardini's was amazing!!! I am so grateful for all the work Sosi has done with us. Their staff was so helpful, friendly, hospitable, and accommodating. They don't nickle and dime you either. Their food was absolutely delicious. We had chicken piccata, mediterranean salad with feta cheese, sweet carrots and pilaf. Our guests loved the food. Our wedding turned out so intimate and we loved the entire experience with Pardini's! Highly recommend!

Pardini's was a recommended caterer through our venue and we could not be happier for the recommendation. Everyone for wedding said that Pardini's food was the best food they ever had at a wedding. Abel, who was the head server for the evening, treated my family like his own. He not only set up all the buffet line but also helped my husband with last minute setup and decorations, personally waited on my parents and the entire bridal party the entire evening, and helped us by packing up the leftovers from the evening so we could enjoy them back at our hotel. After dinner they went around and filled glasses for the toasts and when the cake cutting began they sliced the cake and served it to all our guests. Their hospitality and service was absolutely incredible. I would highly recommend this to any bride who wants an easy night. with their services we received all dining plates, silverware and glassware for our entire reception.

Carolyn was great. She gave us great recommendations and we got several compliments on the food. They came to our venue and provided the plates, silverware, napkins, tablecloths, our bar service, and free cake cutting without charge (except for bar). They worked with our budget, got back to us quickly, and were very personable. I would like to add that Pardini's does a lot of nonprofit events and really gives back to our community so we were happy to do business with a company that is a part of that.

They also did my brother's wedding which is why I wanted to use them. They had it at their restaurant and it has since been remodeled. I went to a dinner there recently for a nonprofit event and it looked beautiful.

I have worked with Pardini's in the past and they continue to be a great value and a great party! The woman that was assigned to me was very accommodating. I was able to taste the food before I made a decision. It was wonderful! Filet Mignon, Pardini's signature mashed potatoes and veggies. Simple, elegant and delicious.

My husband and I renewed our vows for our 25th Anniversary. We had about 100 guests. The ceremony was in the area near the bar in front of the fireplace and it was lovely.

We enjoyed the fact that everything was all in one for us. They set up our reception and we let there designer set it up, we gave them the linens, and the ceterpieces and they went to town and it turned out better then anything we could have done. The food turned out great perfect flavor and hot.

Delicious food!

Our guests are still talking about the food at our wedding thanks to Pardinis. We had a buffet with a carving station and passed hours d'oeuvres. There wasn't a single complaint about the food and we've even had a few guests ask where they can go to eat the chicken again!

The communication leading up to the wedding was a little spotty. We had a wedding planner so she was doing a lot of the outreach and follow up but it did take several emails and calls to get answers on several details. Because we didn't get a response on our site plan until a month before the wedding we did have to add a few unexpected costs for more tables and a green wall to hide the prep area. Luckily our vendors were flexible and making the changes was easy. It would have been much better for us to know we needed to add those costs ahead of time. Similarly, after our final headcount was provided, we had to wait for a final cost. If I didn't have a planner all of the back and forth and follow-up to get answers would have been too much work for me alone.

In the end, the food and service were amazing on the day of! We couldn't be happier with the quality of the food and service. We went with Pardinis because we had a large wedding (280 guests) and we knew they were the most logistically prepared for day of flow. Things went very smoothly and everyone was fed quickly. The carvers were very professional and added an extra touch to the dinner.

Pardinis is a tried and true company that does so many events in the area. One thing you can count on is high-quality day of service and delicious food!
