Couples can accommodate up to 220 guests at this elegant venue. Their diverse settings for your big day include:
- The Grand Ballroom features glass chandeliers, hardwood floors, expansive windows with panoramic views of Wahtoke Lake, and a cozy fireplace with a decorative mantle. It also boasts central heating and air conditioning, white Chiavari chairs, luxury restrooms, and a caterer's prep kitchen.
- The Garden View - features lush landscaping, blooming annuals, a waterfall with a pond and beautiful evergreen trees. It's perfect for an outdoor ceremony.
- The Lakeside - boasts a wishing well, majestic Sycamore trees and views of Wahtoke Lake and Campbell Mountain.
- The Bluff View is another gorgeous option for an outdoor affair. It's located at the top of the property and offers picturesque views of the Sierra Mountains, Wahtoke Lake, and the surrounding foothills.
- The Hollow is a popular choice for you when exchanging your vows. It features expansive Mulberry trees, whose branches spread out, creating an illusion of a secret garden. The trees also provide shade for your guests.

Hidden hollow
I had my wedding one month ago at hidden hollow and all the staff at hidden did such an amazing job!! Everything was so beautiful and I felt like a princess!! They took care of all the planing, decorating, clean up etc and answered all of my questions!! :) they had a few locations for the ceremony to take place and I chose to go with The Meadow and It was beautifully decorated. The ballroom where the reception was held was so beautiful as well 🥰🥰Everyone that attended the wedding commented on how beautiful everything turned out! I would definitely recommend this venue!!!

Amazing Service
We had our wedding at Hidden Hollow's October 2018, and we are SOO glad we found them. Everything was such a breeze and they were wonderful to work with. I had bought Crystal Candleabras for our wedding and probably +/- 300 pumpkins for the ceremony and reception. When we met with Heather and Melissa they really understood the theme we were going for and how to make everything work together. We had SOOOOO many flowers for such a reasonable price! I could not believe it the ceremony arbor was beautiful i wish i could have taken it home! Overall, other than the flowers the coordination was amazing and even though we were running behind everything still ran smoothly. Thank you guys for everything and i hope we get to work with you guys again!

Amazing, beautiful, awesome staff
Words can't describe how amazing this venue is. We got married May 11, 2019. Everything went so smooth. I was constantly being updated on what was happening and included in every decision. Since the venue is all-inclusive I waited for an email from Melissa to tell me what the next step in the process was and who I was to meet with next. I showed Heather pictures on my Pinterest page of what I was looking for and she exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Hidden Hollow, beautiful venue, nice staff, and easy to work with. The guests from our wedding cannot stop talking about how beautiful and wonderful everything was.

best day of my life
I cannot stress how highly I recommend this venue! When we were first researching venues, we thought this was a little pricey - but almost EVERYTHING you need is included, and it is by far worth the price. Heather's florals were amazing, even though I initially had difficulty articulating what I wanted. She's a mind reader! And Melissa was the perfect day-of coordinator. She had everything handled, kept everybody calm, and even waited for me halfway down the walk to the ceremony to help me change my shoes! Such a little thing, but it went totally above and beyond. The whole day went perfectly and I am so grateful to the Hidden Hollow staff for eliminating 95% of my wedding-related stress! Honestly I can't wait to attend someone else's wedding here, because everything is so beautiful and the views are spectacular!

I got married at Hidden Holow a few weeks ago. It was the most beautiful fun time. All the planing was made very simple and easy, all I had to do was show Heather some photos of what I wanted and my wedding was born. Everything turned out so gorgeous. The bridal suite was roomy and accommodating for all my bridesmaids. We got some great photos and it was easy getting ready. There was lots of space to spread out and relax and do our make up and hair all at the same time. The grooms quarters was great for playing pool for the boys they all had a great time. I couldn’t be more happy with the way the venue looked especially in the photos they’re beautiful. All in all we had an amazing time and everyone said it was one of the best weddings I’ve ever been to. The food was amazing, It was so hard to choose at the tasting. The Dj was really nice and played everything we wanted to hear. The photo booth and games were a hit with the kids! Thank you so much Dave, Heather, Melissa, and the whole crew!

My daughter married the love of her life at Hidden Hollow this weekend. It was truly magical - like a fairytale wedding. I have never been to such a beautiful wedding. I am Mother-of-the-Bride and wanted everything perfect. Heather and Melissa took all of our Pinterest ideas and made them BETTER!!! True talent and dedication to their clients. We only had 4 months to plan the wedding and I knew we needed an all inclusive venue. Heather and Dave have done the hard work of selecting only the best for all the wedding needs. Their facility is of the highest quality and very clean. They have chosen upgraded chairs, fancy chandeliers, drapery, every detail is high quality- not cheep or cheesy. Food, cake , flowers, decor, service were all amazing. They are organized and have all staff wired for total venue communication and security. I felt completely at ease with no worries about the running of the wedding schedule. Melissa, Dave, and all the crew worked to keep things on target and running smoothly. I enjoyed the whole celebration without a worry. Thank you for making a dream come true wedding!
